They were really good. They were on time and they did a really good job. They cleaned things that we didn’t know needed cleaned.

Apt was cleaner when they left. :) General cleaning bathroom. floors dust, sweep, mop.

They did a pretty good job, but she said that the house was not as tidy as they wanted it to be, and it was harder to clean. It was not good customer service. They could have had better customer service and more pleasant to talk to, they were just rude. The price was good. I don't think they did as much as I wanted.

The cleaning itself was good, but it was clear that they only intended to stay the allotted time even though I told them at the beginning that I would pay for extra time if needed to get the entire area finished. The result was ok though.

They were here this past Thursday. We use them every two weeks.

The house looked great afterward. The appliances and and even the tea kettle have never looked so shiny! The crew was on time and very conscientious.

They were very good. Two women came out for 4 labor hours apiece (8hrs total). Scheduling was fairly simple, fair price, and they worked around my schedule and focused on the areas I requested they work on.

I was very happy. The house was clean, including washing the inside windows and parts of the basement we had given up on. The did the inside of the fridge and other areas not all cleaning companies will do.

I bought the big deal. It is the second time that I have used them. This time around, I had a difficult time scheduling with them. They kept saying that they didn't get my email. In any case, after several emails through Angie's list, I finally was able to schedule something. That being said, they did a very thorough cleaning, not a thorough as the first crew that cleaned house a couple of years ago. They are by far the best crew. I didn't know that at the time. I have tried two other cleaning provider from Angie's list and they pale in comparison. I will definitely use them again, hopefully, I will get the first crew again. This crew did miss underneath my sofa, the hardwood floor had a few missed spots too but did everything in 4 hours. The first time around, I had to pay an additional hour but it was worth it because they didn't miss a thing and was completely cleaned (spotless!).

Great. Two pleasant women worked non-stop for 4 hrs using cleaning supplies they brought. Very thorough.

We had exchanged a few emails discussing details about my house, the "level" of cleaning i needed, and a few optional dates. getting it scheduled went smoothly. The crew arrived a few minutes early - we discussed what areas of the house were to be cleaned, and then the crew got to work. They did a great job; i was prepared for them to need some additional time, (as it had been awhile since i did any cleaning!!) but they finished and even had a few minutes to spare... so they offered to fill the remaining time by cleaning one of the rooms that i initially said they didn't need to do. I was very pleased with the crew and the overall job - i would recommend and use again.

They did a great job and were nice to work with. They communicated clearly with us--more than any other cleaners we've had.

I bought a big deal for this service. They were really on top of it. They could not make it and finally somebody called on the time they wanted to do it on the next week or so. They could not because they were booked. Somebody called back and said they had a time open if we could stay home for that day, which we did. They came in, did the job, they left and everything was great. This one was a breeze. They went out of their way to provide whatever they could do for us. They did the work about a week or 10 days after I purchased the deal. I am pleased about them.

I bought one of the special deals that Angie's List offered for this provider. Today two ladies came and cleaned my house. I wanted to write this review while it was still fresh in my mind what a terrific job they did! My house is really clean. I have had other cleaning services over the years, and it's really hard to find one that you want to keep. Cris' company is a keeper! I definitely plan to have them back again. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. It's a pleasure to walk through my house and see all the shiny surfaces again. The deal was for four labor hours of work and my house required seven labor hours. I had to pay an additional fee for the difference, which I was happy to do. It was well worth it.

They were great. They were polite and thorough. They did great work quickly.

Went very well. The deal I bought was a fantastic value and the actual hourly cost isn't too bad either.

Cris was very accommodating with scheduling and pricing of extra time. The workers cleaned most of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. In general, they did a nice job cleaning, especially with mold in bathroom. They used dusters with blinds and other items, which I do not like as I believe it puts dust in the air; however, I find that this is a common practice with house cleaners. Workers were very accommodating with some issues related to our dog that caused some changes to their order of cleaning. An item was accidentally broken and may have been loose prior to one of the workers picking it up. When I asked Cris about their policy regarding reimbursement, her response was not very customer friendly. She stated that since it was already loose, it would not be reimbursed. She also stated that there was no price on it so how would they know its worth.

Three ladies came - very promptly on time, i explained what i needed done, and they went to work. I would probably call them in future as I need and for the specific jobs - I don't need cleaning on a regular basis.
