E&C Moving Company

We called E & C to see if they could help us move - and they booked us for an afternoon Friday move beginning at 1pm. That day at 11am they notified us that they would be here between 3-4pm instead. Annoying, but not the end of the world. At 3:45 we called them as we still had not received any word from them - their dispatch then had the crew call us. The crew then notified us that they would be here at around 5:30. We told them that this was unacceptable as there was no way we could really get everything in and get our bed set up in any sort of reasonable amount of time (we were also meeting friends the next morning to help us move stuff out of our storage unit). They became very annoyed with us and told us there was nothing they could do about it, and that there was no other crew available to assist us. I told them not to bother at all. I now have movers scheduled for the next day - very disappointing.
