They showed up for the original appointment on time and provided us with an estimate in a timely manner. We accepted the proposal immediately and asked when we could schedule the work. We were informed they could complete the job the following week. After that, we ran into a bit of a snag. Over five days went by after we sent an email stating that we accepted the proposal within which we could not reach anyone at the company. We sent follow-up emails, left several messages on both the cell phone and the business phone provided by HomeAdvisor which were never returned, and finally had to call Home Advisor who also could not reach them on the number provided. Finally, after over 5 days and multiple efforts on our part to contact them, we did hear back from a representative and were able to get the work scheduled. Even though there was a communication issue and somewhat of a lack of follow-through from proposal acceptance to scheduling, once they performed the job their work was excellent.

Sergio and Community Chimney did an excellent job with the chimney sweep of my fireplace. They were on-time, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning my fireplace and chimney. My baby was asleep at the time, and they accommodated the situation very well, and my baby slept soundly.

Sergio installed a steel liner in my chimney. Arrived on time (for quote and job), left the living room nice and clean. Even repainted my fire box. Highly recommended.

The owner and an assistant came on time, did not complain when they found the chimney was exceptionally dirty and did a good job. They took pictures on the roof showing that the cement cap was filled with holes and missing chunks. They returned a few days later exactly when they said they would and made the repair, again, showing my photos of the work done. Very nice to work with.

Courteous and professional

He did a good job clean my Chimney and checked the top of the chimney for any Crack or leaks, also recommened to replace the cement crown. Will hire him to replace the cement crown soon.
