We're used this company ever since we re-carpeted our home 6+ years ago and they still look BRAND NEW! John, the owner, REALLY knows what he's doing and it shows. He has made a number of carpet repairs where our cat has tried to dig his way out of a room and they look perfect! They got out bad food stains on our new velvet dining room chair today! He and his assistant Elliott are so professional and easy to have in the house. They worked nonstop while I worked in my office....how easy is that! When I came out, I couldn't BELIEVE the difference in the color of our light carpeting!! It was shocking how bright the rooms looked again. This is the third time I've had this company clean my carpets and they never cease to amaze me. From the very helpful phone lady to John the owner and his two assistants, they do a wonderful job. A wonderful experience. Before they came I had them provide an estimate. When they arrived everything was included - there were no extra charges - so the estimate was spot on. The carpet in my house is 12 years old and had some staining. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. Now they look better then they have in years - they look practilcally new. They treated both my house and my belongings with respect and care. They also left me with bottle of spot cleaner - which I really appeciated. I found their level of quality to be unusually high - far above other companies. I would recommend to friends and I plan on using them again in the future.

They are very thorough and do good quality of work. They have also done carpet stretching work for me and that was excellent.

They had come several times, but we decided buy a carpet cleaner to save on cost.

They are really great and I was very impressed by them. He knows what he is doing when it comes to getting stuff out. I really cannot recommend him enough. I would not hire anyone else. His pricing is very fair.

Carpet was cleaned. They did a good job although not all spots removed. They were not able to remove an ink stain. All in all, carpet looks better than before. Company staff were easy to deal with.

I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE SPOTS MADE BY MY PETS OUT OF MY CARPET. THEY DO A GREAT JOB CLEANING SPOTS.

JOHN CAME AND EVALUATED OUR CARPET, GAVE A FAIR ESTIMATE AND DID THE BEST CLEANING WE EVER HAD. HE EVEN GOT NAIL POLISH OFF OF THE CARPET. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
