They were on time and contacted me in a timely manner. ?They answered my questions via email. ?We talked about how it may take longer than included in deal and I agreed to pay extra. ?He had to leave for 2 other jobs, and I suggested he left and come back, since he acted rushed and tense. ?He?asked me to go purchase 3 bags of mulch, and agreed to return later that day, but he did not. ?When he came to get tools, he said that he would be in contact to schedule his return. ?He left me with a partially completed job. ?They wanted to mulch over the gravel, even though I said I wanted it removed completely. ?They seemed as if they just wanted to rush the job and get out of there. ?I didn't like the way the shaped my hedge. ?The placement of the plants was sloppy. ?They acted annoyed that I asked them to move them to the correct spot. ?He actually told me I was interupting and not letting them do their work. ?They threw there tools down in beds damaging some plants. ?They were very uncaring and dismissive of my concerns. ?I now have an incompleted job, with a bag of enhancer that is too heavy to move in the middle of my garden.

They cam to edge my yard and did a wonderful job. They also put weed eater on weeds on all my flower beds. I asked if they could edge the driveway, and for a nominal fee, that was done. The driveway was a mess, and they even blew away and bagged all the really heavy clippings. They were prompt and worked effectively. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

There seemed to be an issue with scheduling and we needed this service more promptly. ?We never heard from them when we left messages or attempted to schedule. I decided to cancel and receive our refund through Angie's List.

I had purchased Angie's List Big Deal for both Fall-cleanup and Spring cleanup lawn services from Royal Flush Cleaning. Both times, Jon (the owner) responded promptly to schedule an appointment. He was also accommodating on the times since I had to schedule around my kid's nap times. Fall Clean-up 2014 He and his crew did a thorough job for the fall cleanup which is why we brought him back for the following spring. I was present when the services were performed. Spring Clean-up 2015 There wasn't much for him to do in the spring because there just wasn't as many leaves. I wanted to have him clear out the stray tree branches all over my lawn and whatever remaining leaves that were on my lawn or tucked away in my basement pathway. I also had him trim the few hedges that I had and some bushes on the side of my house. Again, not a large scope of work considering there wasn't as many leaves compared to the fall. I was NOT present when these services were performed. He was kind enough to take away the debris this time because I didn't leave him bags due a communication shortfall on my part. The spring cleanup work was performed in the morning and I returned home early afternoon. I felt that the spring cleanup was not as thorough as the fall cleanup. Maybe he had a different crew or maybe there wasn't "as much to do" but there was still a fair amount of stray tree branches in my backyard lawn and in the flowerbeds near my garage. Note: it was NOT a windy day where more debris would be created within a two hour window between when his crew departed and when I returned home. Jon and I exchanged a phone call and a few emails. He sent his crew out again to my property four days later and cleaned up the rest of the debris. Overall, I am pleased with Jon's response to my request. He was professional and prompt. He also demonstrated he wanted to keep his customer happy by responding appropriately.

Service was excellent. 3 guys came by and worked for about 90 min until they go the job done. They takes mulched and bagged everything. Would use them again. They came on short notice and did an excellent job.

We purchased the $119 for 4 man hours of work deal. He was very good at communication after the deal was purchased and we set up a date for the team to come out. We showed him all the work we desired to be done. They were not able to complete everything in the 4 hours we had purchased, which we assumed might happen because it was a lot of work. He was able to come back a couple days later and finish the job in 2 more man hours and was able to work when we were not home, which was very accommodating!! We enjoyed the result and will probably be using the company again in the spring when we need more work done. Thank you and would recommend.

This "Big Deal" engagement was my very first experience with their service. They cleaned up and did the job well. I didn't spend more than the price of the deal.

They showed up when they said they would and were very polite.? He was friendly and I would definately use this service again.? I would recommend them.? They completed everything I asked for within that time frame

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. I think I had more than two hours' work but it was almost finished so I was okay with that.

Royal Flush Cleaning Inc. was "A" for everything. I ended up spending only the big deal purchase. They were excellent. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

I did end up hiring the landscaper to come back out. He is a really nice guy, nice customer service, able to listen and came out when we needed him to. He is from where I was born and lived so we hit it off right away.

Very good job. The area was very overgrown and they did a tremendous job clearing it out.

I paid for 4 man-hours of yard work. Two men showed up and, overall, did a very good job cleaning up the area they worked on but they only ended up cleaning up a corner of my yard. They offered to return for more money but I have declined. I honestly think they could have achieved a lot more in the timeframe contracted. I could have done more by myself in 4 hours and I am not an able bodied man but an out of shape woman. I don't want to believe that they were taking their time to get more work but that is a distinct possibility.

I asked for cleanup and pulling out 4 small bushes. They arrived late. I tried to explain what I wanted them to do. I had to keep repeating instructions. They didn't seem to understand thoroughly what I wanted them to do. There were 2 men for 2 hours and we really did not get much accomplished. The one thing I wanted was for them to pull out the bushes. That did not get done. For $119 I felt I did not get my money's worth. I recently went to CASA Maryland and hired 2 workers for 4 hours at $15 per hour and spent about the same amount of money. The CASA Maryland workers, worked hard, fast, and took direction very well. We got a lot done in those 4 hours. Much more than I would have expected out of Royal Flush. I will not hire them again.

They did everything as stated within the deal. They were here longer than the 4 hours within the deal but the additional charges were fair. They did a great job with the yard clean up.

The pruning was nicely done. But overall, the job was not was not up to our expectations. The men were decent and pleasant to speak with; I didn't feel uncomfortable with them, however, they stopped several times for "smoke breaks" and were not finished at the hour they were scheduled to be.

We negotiated a time and they were very prompt in arriving and worked the entire time they were here.
