Went well. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I had asked that the bags be left at the curb. They were left by the fence a bit of distance from the curb. I had recent shoulder surgery so it was difficult to move so many bags. One bag was so heavy it kept tearing the bag. Had to put it in a can and it was so heavy the recycle company refused to pick it up.

The manager Mr. Jon Greenstone was very good and he responded very fast. The two technicians came late for several hours for work and they didn't inform me ahead. Technicians placed stone on 50ftx3ft open storm drain and hey finished job on time

Although there was a schedule snafu, this company provided great service. The guys who performed the service did an outstanding job of asking what was needed, identifying some additional areas that needed trimming or weeding, etc. They worked really hard and my yard looked great. I definitely plan to use their service again in the fall for another clean up.

Pretty well. The first time they were supposed to come, they called and had gotten delayed on another job. I had paid for a certain number of hours, and I would have appreciated if the workers had said to me "we have finished the front yard, and have about 45 minutes left...is there something else we can do". Otherwise, good job and cleaned up well after themselves.

They did exactly as promised and it turned out well.

They were print and performed the service above my expectations. I have no doubt that I would hire them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing yard work.

Fine. Two workers arrived and performed the work and did everything I requested. Yard looked nice when they were done. Owner was responsive but we only communicated electronically, so I never had any personal contact with him.

Marginal. Weeding was sloppy and incomplete. For 6 hrs of labor, the 2-man crew was slow and probably accomplished what I could have done by myself in 2hrs. Arrived 45 minutes after the agreed upon start time, with no communication as to be in late.

Don't think I got the full yard of mulch I was supposed to get. A yard has always been ample for my yard, yet there wasn't enough to finish to job and it was a thin layer. Luis as a yard is 12 bags (although he provided it in bulk) but in fact is is 13.5 bags. Paid cash for the mulch and a tip, the realized too late it was skimpy. They tried to leave with still 25 minutes left (X 2 is fifty minutes). Made them come back and complete the time paid.

The two-man crew made great use of their total of 6 man hours of work. I thought it might take more time, but they were able to get everything done and my yard looks wonderful.

The team did a great and went around the entire house to check if there if there were additional places to do work. Will hire again!

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They worked non stop and did a terrific job. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future

The team of Jose and Gerver worked tirelessly and skillfully for many hours and did a great job! We appreciated how conscientious they were in aligning the new line of boxwoods in front of the house, and in digging a very deep hole to plant a large Korean maple tree. They arrived on time and tiedied up before leaving.

They only stayed for 1.5 hours and did not weed the entire island. They said they would come back when I called to inquire, but they never did and never contacted me again. They were very polite, though.

The crew showed up right on time and went to work. We discussed what I wanted done and the crew started at one end of the front yard and worked their way to the other end, trimming shrubs, removing vines trying to strangle my bushes and cover up the house, and collecting deadwood from storm damage to trees. As they completed a section, they asked me to step out of the house and approve the work done up to that point: Had they removed everything I wanted gone? Where the shrubs trimmed adequately, both shaped and thinned to encourage better growth? Was there anything they had overlooked? I had informed the company that I would take advantage of the offer to add extra hours at the same hourly rate. The crew was precise in telling me when the extra hours would begin, ensuring that I approved the extra charges. They removed all of the vegetation and made two trips to the county transfer station for disposal. This saved the time that would have been spent cramming all that green stuff (and dead brown stuff) into paper yard waste bags.

Crew of 2 was a little late showing up. I had to leave to take my husband to a doctor's appointment close to 2 hours into the job. The crew was finishing up mulching. There was about 45 minutes to go and the mulching that remained couldn't have taken more than 15 minutes - there should have been an hour's worth of labor left (30 minutes X 2 workers). Apparently, the crew left after they were finished with the one set of beds. There was more I'd asked them to do if they had time remaining but they didn't do anything after they finished the beds near the back of the house. Weeding was OK - some weeds left and 2 perennials "weeded" out. Lots of weeds are back up already so I assume they didn't get them at the roots. Job was OK - not great. Not too happy mostly because I think they left early and weeded out 2 of 3 Lady's Mantles which are harder to find than a lot of perennials.

The only real hitch was the delay of the arrival of the crew caused at least in part by the wrong address for the job. Eventually all was worked out, but it did delay the start of the job by many hours. The crew was hard-working and did a very nice job.

They were slow to get started, but the project went very well and they were very hard working. I plan on using them again in the future.

They were very professional, communicated well. I did try to get them to extend their hours so I would recommend that if you think you'll need more time, to make sure you discuss that in advance.
