Can I do zero stars? Raj came to our house to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Apparently he cut his finger in the process, and after he left, I found blood in the freezer, inside the ice maker, in the refrigerator section, on the outside of the refrigerator, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen floor. It is totally unacceptable for a service person to leave his bodily fluids inside the appliance that we use for food storage! Then, as we were wiping everything down with Clorox, the ice maker fell off in my wife's hand. We now have to have another service technician - definitely NOT Apple - come out and reinstall it.

The original scheduled repair was made by Frigidaire Reps. Raj Dalal the owner of the business had been to our home before to make the same repair. Frigidaire did not tell me that he would call before coming..simply to be home between the hours of 1-4PM. Raj called my wifes number as she was at work missed the call. At around 3PM I made the call to him and he stated that since no one picked up it wasn't worth his time to come to my house. I was upset as I had missed work for this repair. I compelled him to come out since it was still within the time frame and he stated that he didn't want to work past 5PM. I was upset. I called Frigidaire and explained the situation. The Rep put me on hold while she contacted him. He agreed to come out the next day on the 11th between 12-4. I was upset, but nothing could be done so I called my place of employment and explained that I couldn't make it into work for a 2nd day in a row which made them pretty upset. At about 6PM I get a text from Raj telling me that he decided that he doesn't have time to come to my place and that maybe something on the 19th will open up. I am incredulous at this point and I can't call back into work because at this time my management has rescheduled all of the network maintenance that I was scheduled to do with several other sites. (I am a Network Engineer) So, now with 2 days of work lost, and a still broken Frigidaire dishwasher I try and explain to him through text that if I've had to lose out in hundreds of dollars of pay, that him working past 5PM should be a piece of cake. After all...he was the one who agreed with the Frigidaire rep to the re-scheduled appointment. He explained through text that he has the right to reject any calls he wants as he is not their employee. What this means for the customer is that if you schedule an appointment with Apple Home Appliance Service....they can agree to an appointment and arbitrarily not show up for any reason they want. Be very wary if you have to take a day off from your job because it is likely he will change the date at any time. If he has over-scheduled himself he will cancel your appointment instead of working an extra hour. As far as his actual repair skills. All I can confiorm is that he attempted to fix our 2 year old dishwasher approximately 6 months ago and it has broken down again. Maybe it's because he didn't really fix it or maybe it's because it's just a bad product.

Did not show up at agreed time so had to reschedule. Said he was trying to contact me but did not leave a voice message. The repair man was rude on the phone and when he came to the house, he just walked inside without even introducing himself after I opened the door and bumped me with the box he was holding. He did not take pictures of the damage and when the manufacturer called to request these, he refused to come back out and take pictures and was extremely rude to her. He was arrogant and for some reason, even though knowing that the entire microwave would need to be replaced, still replaced the face plate - I guess so he could bill something back to Frigidaire? Dishonest, unprofessional, and sleazy.

Apple Appliance is difficult to reach. When they do return phone calls, they often leave a message saying when they are sending a technician over. This is good initiative, but poor planning because their scheduler does not consider when the homeowner will be available. For instance, Apple Appliance left a voicemail message on my phone saying they were sending a technician over the following morning...while I was vacationing overseas. They did not bother to consult me to find out if I would be inside the United States, let alone able to meet a technician that morning. Sure enough, I returned to the US to find several voicemails and notes on my front door from technicians wondering why I wasn't there. When the technicians had showed up, they were very nice, professional, and helpful. Well, with the exception of the one time the technician showed up with the wrong part ordered by the company. Go figure. I would not recommend Apple Appliance to anyone until they get their act together.

I called on Wednesday (5/28) to schedule an appointment for my fridge to be checked and serviced, since it was running warm. We scheduled an appt for Friday (5/30) afternoon, but no one showed up or even called to tell me they weren't coming.

It was wonderful, he went straight to work, had the part, we chatted the whole time....couldn't ask for better. He even helped tighten some hoses that I called myself handling before he'd arrived. Now that's what I call service!!! AHA is a working example of quality service :).

I think it's a little bit pricey but he was friendly. But I also think he was a little grumpy. I'll go for an average because those kinds of services are always pricey. He came out at the same day I called and he on time and that was around 6 in the evening.

Mr Raj is an absolutely fabulous service tech. He is prompt, cleans up and does want he says he will do. Always at a fair price.

Dishwasher was making constant grinding noise. Called company based on reviews in Angies List and proximity to my home. Technician arrived as scheduled; called when he was close as he said he would. After a quick listen and look, he said the motor was going and would soon be gone. He made a quick adjustment and quoted me a price to replace motor. We set up an appt. for the following week. After he left, dishwasher was working fine and noise was gone. So I called to cancel the motor for now and sent him a check for $60.

Never received a return phone call

Our refrigerator was intermittently dispensing water and ice dispenser didn't work at all. They checked it for about a half hour and he said it could be the front panel or something else. He said he'd call back to let us know how much the replacement part is but never did. Our dispenser still works just as before.

,Please see above. The only way it could have gone smoother is if my dryer never broke (but then I would not have met Raj)!

He ordered the part and came out to fix it. The labor and part were less than his quote. He was straight forward and true to his word.

I liked that he called and showed up at the agreed time. He was very well dressed, very professional. He did a great job and I would hire him again. Raj was very honest with me about my ability to replace it myself in the future.
