Description of Work: New roof, shutters and gutters. Roof was put on within 3 weeks of signing contract. Workers were very professional, arrived early, finished in one day and clean up everything. 2 weeks later gutters and shutters were installed. Only one person who did not speak english well (so it took me a while to understand whenever he tried to tell me something), took him 2 days but did a good job.

Description of Work: The company put a lifetime roof on our house. It looks nice and Whiting came back and fixed any and ask things that we requested, including nail pop and some breakage of siding. This, I really appreciated as I read reviews that this does not happen often. The roof has been on for 2 months and there are no problems at all. If be really happy to work with them in the future. It's a bit more expensive than I hoped, but we're hoping that the roof will live a lifetime- so that should be an investment.

Description of Work: Dan Nicholos sales agent Whiting Co came to my house to give an estimate and his estimate was about $2000 higher than another highly rated company also listed in Angie's list. Two days after meeting with Mr. Nicholos, he called me back saying the measurement he took was wrong and offered to send me a drawing, I told him I already hired the highly rated company listed in Angie's List.

Description of Work: Replaced 19 windows, capped 7 on the outside, repaired and replaced some damaged siding. |I got 4 estimates. Mr Whiting was very knowledgeable and had an excellent window product. Of the 4 companies I got estimates from, he was the only one to point out that if I just capped some of the windows that had damage to the outer wood frame,I would not be able to open them. |The crew was supervised by Glenn, who was excellent. They showed up on time and completed the job in 1 long day. My only "complaint" is that the crew could have done a more thorough clean up around the house. But after Glenn did a walk through with me at the end, he stayed to clean up obvious overlooked debris. Later I tried opening a large window for cleaning,and it got off track and I couldn't close it correctly. I called Tim and he had Glenn contact me right away and we found a time within a few days for him to come out and fix it. Their customer service is excellent. They stand behind their work and product and their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof replacement based on the ad. When the company representative came out they said that it was a much larger roof then the ad covered. The extra cost was too much for me accept.

Description of Work: They provided a replacement roof on the front of my house. There staff arrived early and they completed by COB ensuring that the yard was in the exact same condition as when they arrived.

Description of Work: I had my Roof and Gutters replaced by the whiting Co. The price was fair and the turnaround time was fast. The workers completed the job in one day which was great; they were on time courteous and professional. After installation they cleaned and packed up everything, the only thing that was left was the beautiful new Roof. They did a great Job on the roof, I observed the entire process and this was an experienced crew. I have and will continue to recommend the Whiting Co. I will use them again in the future!!!

Description of Work: Had leak in roof from the flashing. This company came the same day did the job quickly and efficiently. The job was very recently done and we have had rain a few time since and so far no problems. We are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Tim did the estimate and was very professional and educational on what my options were- his estimate was extremely competitive and I decided to select his company right then and gave him the required 1/3 deposit. Tim said that he would call in the next few weeks to tell when I would be scheduled. As promised, two weeks later he called and said his crew would be there tomorrow. Unfortunately, it rained, so they came the next day. Raoul and his crew were timely, professional, and did a great job with the clean up as well.
