Description of Work: Not the best clean up job. They left deep ruts in my lawn from where their truck parked . They also did not return my heavy (metal) patio furniture back to its original location on my deck thereby leaving me to do it. They left the gate open and my dog was later found wandering around our neighborhood . I did not even know he was even missing until my neighbor notified me saying she saw him over by the community lake . We were very fortunate to get him back .

Description of Work: Whiting Company sided my house. (They didn't use scare tactics and tell me I had to have the asbestos shingle torn off.) They gave me a price and stuck to it. They had excellent communication and the job was done on time and is really polished. I would use them again for other work and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: We worked with the Whiting Company based on an Angie's List Deal. They replaced our roof and gutters during the fall of 2015. The sales/quote process was very smooth and we were happy with the options provided to us. The quality of work was top notch and the workers completed everything in only a couple days. The yard was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day, which was much appreciated. Communication around scheduling did prove difficult at times as we were initially not scheduled due to weather, vacation and work backlog. Once an appointment was available, the scheduler was pushy to get us on the books. Despite the scheduling challenges, we were very pleased with the work performed and would absolutely use the Whiting Company again.

Description of Work: I had some water entering the 2nd floor bedroom ceiling on the "addition" side of the house. The main house roof was 15 years old. just a 5 year difference. So I added the entire roof and gutters after talking to Mr. Whiting. The weather, rain and snow delayed the roofing. but the next available day, Mr. Whiting had his crew at my house at 7:30 ready to go. Mr. Whiting called me the day before and the day after to check with me. I am very pleased with my new room. I am extremely please with Mr. Whiting's kindness and professionalism.

Description of Work: They replaced my old roof with a new one. I was very pleased with the communication and the completed job. I was not home when the work was done, came home the next morning to a new roof and the old roofing materials had been removed. I had a question about how something was done. Mr Whiting sent someone out to explain why it was done that way. I would hire them to do other jobs in the future.

Description of Work: Our Cape Cod house needed aa new roof. We bought the $3999.00 architectural roof package but needed to add some square footage to it. We compared pricing and couldn't beat it. For such a great deal, be patient about when the work will be done: although not ideal, I think that was reasonable. With good prices and a good price, the company is busy. It was scheduled within two weeks. | When the work was done, I was so impressed that I must sing the praises loudly of this professional company. First of all, Tim Whiting is honest and organized; he instills trust. Just be sure to ask the right questions to be informed because he knows he offers a great deal and he shows quality by action, not words! His workers arrived early in the morning and took one break of a few minutes. They work so hard! They are also kind, friendly, and professional. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up very well. The product was everything that it was promised to be. He installs GAF tiles which other companies had told us are the best and the only one endorsed by Good Housekeeping. Mr. Whiting helped me with the colors and coordination with the siding which we decided to buy as well. Our neighbors have flocked to see the new roof. It is the prettiest one on the block!

Description of Work: I am hopeful that the work we had done, a new roof, was done correctly. I am nervous though because the weather was so very cold (well below 40 degrees) when the work was done. Also I was very unimpressed with the customer service we received from Tim Whiting. He made scheduling the job a hassle and very frustrating for me and my husband. I'm definitely not interested in using his services again.

It took two days for a one-day install, but I understood due to illness two people could not install 10 windows in one day. |I was more than pleased that they could come out on a Saturday; however! |The installer was very courteous and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. |I have more windows I would like to replace and will definitely use the Whiting Co.

Description of Work: Mr. Whiting came out a few weeks before the installation. He was very professional and outlined with detail all the steps involved with the installation. His work crew arrived early in the morning before daybreak with all the materials, etc. to get started. They worked very hard and their hard work produced my beautiful new roof. Very pleased with the Whiting Company and yes, highly recommend to anyone needed to replace their roof.

Description of Work: The Whiting Co. installed 5 casement windows; cleaned the installment site areas, once completed; and removed all debris from the home. The work was done efficiently and with expert precision. The professionalism and courteous manner of the installers made it easy to ask any question, no matter how dumb you thought it was. | |We're extremely pleased with the windows and installation process!! We paid an additional $340 for extra thickness of the windows. My husband noted that he did not feel any cold air permeating the new windows whereas the cold air permeates the remaining windows we decided not to replace. We didn't feel the remaining windows needed replacing but after having the new windows installed, we're considering replacing the other windows. We're so happy we made the sacrifice to take advantage of this deal! It was truly worth it! We would truly recommend the Whiting Co. to others.
