Took off old drooping gutters. Now n8 water / all at my front and back doors.

They came as soon as the weather let up. They tore off old roof. They replased rotted wood. They put on the new roof. No more seepage in my bedroom ceiling.

the roofer arrived at the exact time they said they would. The install took about 14 hours and everything turned out great.

The quality of the work was excellent. I interviewed a dozen contractors so I was familiar with all issues. I selected the best contractor available. I highly recommend this contractor.

The salesman didn't pressure or rush our decision and was happy to answer any question we had. The roofing crew was on time, professional and polite. They worked hard and completed the job in one day. Great product and easy install at a competitive price.

The only issue I had was many roofing nails were left in yard and driveway.

It went very well. It was too hot for our first installation appointment but we were contacted and rescheduled for the next available date. The installers were professional, reliable, skilled and honest. They had to come back out to fix some minor clean up issues and they did great work. Very happy and the roof looks great.

It went very well. The workmen keep me informed when they needed to use an indoor socket and that they needed to replace five sheets of plywood which had probably become warp or otherwise deteriorated. They seemed to work efficiently, like clockwork and were done within 7 or 8 hours. They gave me a chance to review their work before departing. I like the new shingle style, the more modern materials, the expected longer life of the roof, and the warranty that comes with it. I've even gotten to the point where I've started liking looking at the house, despite it not having all the feature I wish I had, like a greenhouse and garage. The roof looks quite nice, I am very pleased, very confident in the work knowing it will last and grateful to have an important issue addressed with the home. Thankyou for your service so quickly. You got it done before any competitor could possibly schedule it and at the lowest price I know.

They did a very nice job, we are very pleased. They had to come out for one correction but overall did a nice job. I would use them again and highly recommend their service.

Very well. The roofing system is top notch, the pricing was extremely competitive and the installers did a quality job. There were no surprises. The salesman had recommended black flashings with the charcoal GAF shingles (apparently charcoal is less expensive then some of the premium colors), and I couldn't be happier! They arrived when they said and completed my roof in one day. It looks Fantastic!

It went well with the exception of electrical fixtures not working after installation

Mr Whiting came, inspected condition of old siding as well as what was underneath the siding. He demonstrated that when the house was built (1989) no house wrap was applied and the insulation within the walls are suboptimal by today's standard. His workers did an outstanding job removing the old siding, then wrapped the house followed with an overlay of additional insulation. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and cleaned all debris, including nails, from the lawn after the work was completed. I was very pleased with their work.

Roofing - Sales was excellent - worked with me on brands and materials to be used. Contact and multiple numbers to call - excellent. Date of service punctual and very detail. Review of written contract and what is sent to site is a must - but it is all good because all was honored. Work done in one day. Post inspection - one item was found and it was only minutes before it was corrected. Follow up and making sure we were happy by phone and email was great.

I think everything was fabulous except for they had one person who threw something off the roof and destroyed a tree. The work they did was fabulous they just had one guy that was careless.

I still did not use them. It was fine. It was a good price. They were pretty good. I would consider using them again in the future.

They were fine. They gave an estimate. They did the measurements but they didn't do the work.

It went very well, except the on site foreman did not communicate with the owner and explain the timeline for the job. It is a one day job. I have another bid for the job from another roofing company. The cost was less by $50. I choose this company. Because they offer me ( Notice of Opportunity to Rescind ). It means you can cancel within 10 days and get your money back. Plus, the company has been in business for 40 years. In case I need warranty service ( labor ). They still around. I have a 10 year labor warranty on the roof.

It went very well. They shall have a foreman explain to the home owner what he or she is expecting on the day of installation. This would help a lot for the anxiety. I wouldn't mind to pay extra $50 bucks to the contract. If they send out a English speaking foreman.

The process was painful start to finish. They late for the estimate, they used high pressure tactics, they did not use the proper materials I paid for until I went out and corrected them. They delivered stuff onto my driveway without warning days before they showed up. Just left it blocking driveway. The estimate was not transmitted to workers so all work wasn't done the first time. Poor quality work. They refused to say when they were going to show up. I even had to stop payment after they claimed they were finished but had not put in the gutter guards. In difficult places they substituted wire mesh in lieu of expensive guards I paid for. Vents covers keep falling out. The seams were poor and not following the roof line. Under sheathing shows. Cracks appeared within days for anywhere they caulked (minimum caulk used). Over

So far, work looks good and no issues of any leak. I was impress with their work and professional work. they clean up the roof and other debris after work completion. Gutter guy also cleaned my additional gutter that was not part of the service. A++ service and work. $5000 for both (roof and Gutter).

The service that they did was so bad. I am not happy on the work the new roofing. The roof works looks unfinished and its done very unprofessionally. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
