Awesome! I feel so lucky that we found Jessica and the Roskelly team - we contacted them about a week before we needed to get the house on the market and they were on the ball and ready to go. They staged our home, scheduled and had professional pictures taken, put up coming soon signs and put information online, and even started the tours early when I asked them to. The Roskelly Team is Amazing! They helped me and my husband both find our new dream home as well as sell our old one. All of the ladies there are honest and always gave us the information so that we could make the best decision for ourselves rather then being pushed into something. We never felt pressured. We were looking for something very specific and went out countless times over the coarse of at least a year looking for our perfect home. We looked at many that came close but again we were looking for something very specific. We never felt any frustration from our agent about how picky we were and she made the outings fun rather than stressful. We finally found our perfect home and they helped us negotiate the price down to what we needed to be able to purchase ambit was a bit out of our peice range. They also did a great job with selling our house. Letting us know what we could do to help sell the house faster and what wouldn't be worth it because we wouldn't get the return on our investment. Staging, a digital floorplan, and professional pictures are all included in their services. I thought that was great because the staging made our house look nice and when searching for a home we found the layouts very useful and were happy that we could have one on our listing. I'd worked with Jessica and the Roskelly team in the past to find tenants to rent out my house, so when it came to sell the house, I was happy to turn to them again. As always, Jessica was professional, thoughtful, and pleasant to work with. She suggested repairs and upgrades that helped my house sell quickly and at a good price. Further, she connected me with contractors who gave me good deals on the work I needed done. Once the house was under contract, she coordinated and oversaw repairs that came out of the inspection report. This was especially important to me because I didn't live nearby and couldn't easily manage the repairs myself. I couldn't ask for a more attentive real estate agent.

The Roskelly team deserves 5 STARS, however, if more stars were an option, they would get them too! We have known Laura Roskelly and daughter Jessica Hold since 2003 when they helped us sell our first home in Arnold, and purchase a new one. Things could not have gone smoother, so my husband and I knew that when the day came to move again, we would call them. That turned out to be fourteen years later. Both Laura and Jessica know the real estate business well, and their focus (as was a long time ago) is not just on the sale of a home, but it is also on taking care of the sellers to ensure any concerns we have are quickly taken care of. A big challenge for anyone working for me as I am a big worrier. :-) The recent sale of our home in Arnold was quick. This team is so efficient in every field. Everyone is so professional. I have dealt a lot with Tom, Jessica and Laura over the years. They are always there for you. Every time I've had a problem with tenants, contractors, service contracts, etc. It only takes one phone call to them to get the ball rolling. When Laura says she's only a phone call away, she means it. Calls, emails are answered/returned promptly by their office. They have very good contacts, so if you need something done, they always have the right person to refer you too, and when you mention "The Roskelly team", I feel you're treated a lot better. The beginning of this year after a few discussions with the team, I decided to put my rental house on the market. I never went back after that day. Jessica took care of everything, she went thru the house and decided what needed to be fixed and what she thought would update the look of it. She sure has an eye for that...just little changes makes a whole lot of difference, she helped me thru the years with keeping the house updated so I could get top dollar rent for it. My house sold in less than a week, their marketing is unbelievable, their advertising reaches out to everyone!! Laura checked and double checked all the paper work for me for settlement. I was then offered to settle at a location closer to my home and earlier in the day. Its bittersweet, because now, I'm not in constant contact with them as when I had my rental property....but when I sell my own house, you better believe I will call them.
