The Best Air Quality and Restoration

The cleaning went fine. The company used different equipment than a previous company I had used. I think a substantial part of the dust and dander build up was removed.

It turned out good. Mold was their speciality, that's why I chose them. I think he charged me $350 to spray down all of the basement to kill the mold that was on the ceiling. He did that and gave me a discount on something he put onto the furnace. I can't remember exactly what the cost was, but he did a great job with getting rid of the mold.I think I ended up paying about $600 for everything, I think a little less than that. I thought that was a pretty reasonable price for what he did. He did a good job, I was happy with what he did. I'd use them again.

The representative cleaned the air ducts and provided before and after photos. He also showed me pictures of the air conditioning coil and mold inside the unit, which I then asked him to clean for an additional fee. I am satisfied with the service.

Great! He provided additional information, suggesting I install a UV Light Air Purifier to my HVAC system. Which would help eliminate the possibility of mold growing in my vents.

Excellent service- received a call from Val when he was on his way, he cleaned our ducts thouroughly, Val explained everything well, and he found a few other problems that I need to follow up with an HVAC person. I had one of our two systems cleaned. I asked he thought my 2nd system needed to be cleaned and he said we didn't need it done as yet- he was very honest. I was very happy with everything so she scheduled a duct cleaning for my parents next week.

Made the appointment a month in advance, but they forgot to schedule it. So I called and they had someone come out the next day and get it done! Did a great job!

I guess for the most part ok. One vent cover was left off. The evaporation coil was cleaned, at an extra charge, and that part caused the condensate line to to clog resulting in a service call to unclog it and stop a leak in the basement. I also had an ozone lamp installed that I have been told was a waste of money. Buyer be ware.

Val was prompt, professional, courteous and very nice. I don't see dust floating around and onto furniture; the air smells fresh, clean and not like old smoke. So I'm happy.

That was also good. I purchased a Big Deal. It was good. I liked their response time to get here and they got everything done in one day and all that.

Val did an excellent job, he explained everything he was going to do and was professional and when done walked us thru all that he did. He was here for several hours, not rushed , and did the dryer vent as well.

The price was good, very good. They were really good, I thought. They came when they said they were gonna come. I would use them again if I had a need too. In every respect of what I expect they did a excellent job in all categories that you mentioned. It was 4 days of work. The workers were polite and they got right to it. Something else that they did which was kind of on the spot I asked them if they could paint the walls some walls outside of the bathroom and they agreed to do that. So it was wonderful.

They found mold in both of my heating units. Ended up costing me over $1,000.

It went Ok, they completed the basic cleaning and we paid a little more for some extra work. Everything is clean and pristine so I will not need it for another 3 or 4 years. He did additional footage so he went above and beyond. The job was great. He gave us good advice on other things.

I had an amazing experience with Val and his company! He came in and helped me understand the extent of our mold issue and what the plan was to remediate. He never pressured me to do any services that were unnecessary and he was always very pleasant to work with. The team was quick, very efficient, and did an amazing job!

Wow, I am so impressed with this company. They came and cleaned my air ducts today, and their customer service is outstanding. They did an exceptional job cleaning the ducts. I can already feel the difference when I breath.
