They came on time and did a grate job!

I purchased the Angie's List deal for having our whole house air ducts cleaned and sanitized for $199. Our vents were very dirty having undergone two major house renovations. Because of how our vents are set up, our technician Val told us that they would be very hard to clean (we living in a 1959 rambler) and we might require multiple cleanings. As they were working, the weren't aware of the amount of dust that was being scattered throughout the house, again, due to the setup of our venting system. After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. Val felt awful and apologized multiple times and you could tell that he was being sincere. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free.

It went extremely well. I would definitely hire again!

Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers.

The company was fast friendly and courteous. Val came and met with me explained in full detail what they would be doing if I chose the company. I have not yet received that cost via email, in order to know what my options are at this point. I'd hate to pay another company for the same evaluation; in order to get a written cost for work needed.

Very well. They called quickly to set up service; on the scheduled day I was called an hour in advance. Valid walked me through the house both before and after the service to explain what was being done. It became clear that previous cleaning (by another service) had not been adequately carried out, which made the task more extensive--but it was carried through within the initially agreed upon price. I observed the two they worked very thoroughly, and was also shown images from inside the ducts before during and after. I appreciated steps to minimize getting dust and dirt into the living areas. (This included their wearing booties.) After the contracted cleaning, Valid indicated the presence of mold and what could be done to deal with it and prevent recurrence. No upsell pressure. The price for mold work seemed reasonable and it was done. Also offered dryer cleaning for a price less than I had paid others in the past. From all indications this is a first-rate outfit: informative, efficient, and personable.

It went well, He was through and he did make some additional recommendations. We did get the uv light to help clean the air before it enters the furnace.
