Val and Zach did an amazing job with our vents, which hadn't seen a cleaning in almost two decades. They were prompt, friendly, done early, couldn't ask for anything more. Bravo.

This is the second time I am using Val and his company. Thanks to Val we were able to identify a semi-hidden mold issue in our home from a long-term, slow leak. He was very professional and thorough. I was thankful for the easy-to-read report/test results we received. I would highly recommend Val for your mold testing needs.

Val and his company were very professional and very efficient. They took care of my problem quickly. I would definitely use them again if needed.

The mitigation went well but company does not restore any structure. They just take it apart. Company is misleading. Company charged for removing water which was completed before they even showed up. I removed all of the water. I was told that it was a flat rate regardless.

Technician showed the mold in the ducts and explained the process for treating the mold. When the work was completed, he then reviewed the process, showed the work that was done and explained how to change the UV lamp.

Unbelievable how quickly these guys get work started and done. These guys had come out to assess the job within a day, had started the job within a few days, and after starting had finished the job on two and a half bathrooms and their mold issues in just a couple days. Between removing damaged surfaces, completely removing the mold, and protecting the surfaces, the job was done very cleanly and seemed to go very well.

They did a very good job. They were flexible with my window of time I had available and I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints. Tasks performed were brushed and vacuumed all supply vents, removed grills nd vacuumed cold air returns, brush and vacuumed main line to the main unit, and they cleaned the dryer vent. I have three levels in my townhouse. Val and his assistant worked quickly as a team. They were done in about an hour. i used an Angie's List coupon for the duct cleaning. The cost was 229 dollars and the dryer vent cleaning was 35 dollars. They charge extra for over 10 feet for dryer vent cleaning. I was charged the basic rate.

Val arrived on time, cleaned all the vents and changed the uv light. I am a returning customer because he is thorough with the cleaning and fair with his prices.

Val came out & did a fantastic job. He was careful around the house & very thorough with his work. He went above & beyond services I’ve gotten in the past with other contractors. There was a loose duct in the basement that I didn’t notice which he fixed. He also cleaned & treated my AC coil casing where I had a little mold on the insulation. I high recommend Val. A+!

Everything from appointment setting to service was excellent. Setting appointment was prompt and easy. Upon arrival, he did a quality inspection of everything to be cleaned and explained any and all potential issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I bought a very old home that had never been cleaned before. They did a great cleaning job and also made recommendations and showed me areas of concern. I will definitely bring this company back for future cleanings. He even added a reminder to his own calendar to call me to schedule next year's cleaning. I've done whole house cleanings before and this was the best service I've received to date. Cost for cleaning was $225 but I also added installation of UV filter and did a mold killing service as well. But both add-ons were quite reasonable.

This was hands down the best most professional service company I have ever used! I highly recommend this service to anyone who is considering air duct cleaning. I had been told that my vents were fine by the service that installed our new heating and air system. But I still noticed a great deal of dust in the house. Plus my husband was coughing all the time. When the team came out to clean I was completely amazed at all the lint and dust they removed from the vents. It was probably a garbage bag full. Can't believe we were breathing that! All I can say is if you have never had this service, please do. They also found some black mold upstairs and treated it. Very affordable too! Thank you to this amazing team of professionals!

Val was very responsive even before he arrived... replying to an email question and setting up an appointment. Very professional and an excellent job cleaning the vents. There was no mold in one system and minor mold in the main system, so we had that attended to at a fair price. He recommended an ultraviolet light to prevent mold in the future... wasn't pushy... and we plan to get it from them in the future. Additionally, we had some 1st floor toilet problems and were planning to contact a plumber next week. He noticed 2 minor leaks in the basement so we called the plumber today... which may have been a much bigger issue next week. We'll definitely recommend this company to friends and will definitely use them again.

After purchasing the coupon from Angie's list, I received a phone call soon afterwards from them. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I asked many questions and felt no pressure to buy any additional services. So I did have them treat for mold spores and also clean our dryer vent for an additional fee which seem reasonable. Definitely will hire again.

So many factors are involved when you call a contractor or service technician to you home. You have to be concerned that they are honest and nice people and that they are certified in knowledge to know what they are doing and make the best recommendations and perform the work and then when you find a company like that, you also have to be concerned if they can deliver what they say on your schedule. The Best Air was a terrific experience across the board. On-time, correct diagnosis and flawless execution in work. I highly recommend them. I'm really happy. Great experience
