I've never had such great customer service in years, until these guys showed up to my home. They were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their trade. They put us at ease within minutes even though our entire home was flooded. I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

The service was great! Val provided a quote and was able to perform the work on the date that I requested. He stayed in contact to let me know when he would arrive, arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He let me know what he was doing the entire time that he was in my home. The carpets were cleaned and refreshed per my request as this was a move in cleaning. It was a pleasure to work with Val. He showed great respect for my house by carefully moving his equipment and wearing foot covers (you'd be surprised by the number of contractors who don't or won't wear foot covers). Overall, I am extremely pleased with this company and the work that was performed. I would definitely use them again.

provider showed up on time with more than just a vacuum cleaner. Used multiple tools to thoroughly clean the vents in the 90 year old east baltimore row home. He took the time to answer all my questions beforehand, was patient, and professional. We had been through a nightmare with another provider who claimed we had mold and refused to give us their advertised discount rate, which is why i subscribed to Angie's List.

Val was very responsive and actually came out before I even hired them, to take a look at the system. I have an older Cape Cod renovated home, so the duct work is tricky. I really appreciated this. He explained all of the work that he would do and was honest about (realistically) what could and couldn't be done. I admired the honesty and that actually earned my business. I don't like when contractors just bark out "oh yes, we can do this or sure, we can handle that," and there is a problem later. His honesty and the fact that he came out before even being hired to take a look at my concerns earned them my business. I would definitely use them in the future. He and Adam provided tips moving forward, (buying the proper filter, how often to change the UV light, when to clean the dryer vents, etc.) and even accepted my suggestions and minor fixes (such as: I had precut screens and asked if they could put them over the return vents for me) without griping. My only suggestion would be to put down tarp or cloth before bringing in the heavy equipment. I just had the carpet replaced. There were no stains or anything on the carpet from their visit, but I had to suggest it. Otherwise, they wore shoe booties to protect the carpet and hardwood and didn't unnecessarily leave doors open when they entered in and out of the residence. They were meticulous with the work and didn't finish too quickly or stay too long. Because my system is a bit complicated, I was glad that they took their time. They showed me photos before (when he did the initial consult) and afterward. The ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The added cost was for the UV light because my HVAC tends to retain moisture. Wasn't looking forward to the extra expense, but felt it was probably worth it. He provided a discount and even answered questions I had after the work was completed. The special was $249, which I thought was reasonable & competitive. The UV light made up the difference in the price I listed above. They also checked and cleaned the dryer vent for me, which was not included. Also, I was glad that they came out on a Sunday. It's not always easy for me to take time off of work, so this was much appreciated. I really liked their professionalism, responsiveness and consideration for the customer. I highly recommend them and would use them 2 or 3 years from now when it comes time to have my vents cleaned again. Thanks guys!

Val is a mold genius. We called him about an issue on our basement floor only to discover with closer inspection that our entire basement ceiling was covered with mold. He walked us through exactly what he noticed, supplied a quote and put us on the calendar. On remediation day he went above and beyond what was required by helping me remove items from our basement. After the work was completed by his crew he came back and inspected the work. I would strongly recommend him and his company.

Adam and his team did a great job of cleaning my entire system! We just moved and our vents hadn't been cleaned since the house was built in 1971. Needless to say, it was gross! My house smells so much better now after their treatments. They walked me through everything and showed me what they were doing every step of the way! They were very professional and I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience with The Best Air. I had quite a bit of mold in two separate areas and they were able to complete the work for a resonable price. The owner, Adam, was very helpful and responsive to my calls and emails. His crew was very professional and they were efficiently able to address all my questions and concerns. The job was done in about 3 days and they cleaned up after completing the work. I highly recommend using their services.

The team was quick and professional to help me clean up a inconvenient water leak. They arrived quickly, on time, were very knowledgable and worked with my insurance after they set up shop and got to work repairing the damage. Highly recommend the best air quality and restoration. Great job!

Adam did a wonderful job at a reasonable price very kind and efficient would recommend to anyone. Took time to explain services and showed me how dirty my furnace and ducts were because of him my sensitivity to dust mites will be greatly eliminated. Amazing guy.

We had a concern about mold in our Basement and a very tight timeline with long-term guests coming within a week.Not only did Val make sure to get the work done on our schedule , but when another area was discovered mid-job that needed remediation,he stayed late to get it done that day so we wouldn't have to move our guests. big relief in an overall totally stressful situation. Not to mention technicians were on time, cleaned up AMAZINGLY after themselves, and Val made a point of explaining each step to me and showing me exactly what they did and what they found.

What I like about this company and the main reason for my review, it's not just about the excellent work that they did to have the mold removed but overall customer service. The crew that showed up for me came in with shoe covers (I wish more companies thought of that courtesy), they were very informative and efficient and it didn't end there, even the owner Serg showed up several times to make sure everything was up to par.
