Ok. They came on schedule but we had to call them back because it took awhile to get the estimate. We ended up selling house as is so we didn't use this company or any other. This review is only for the inspection not remediation.

The inspector was thorough and knowledgeable and pointed out areas that would be prone to have mold but did not find any. He explained many things about mold and how to continue to avoid getting mold.

Val was punctual and friendly. He didn't mind explaining what he was doing and he was very responsive to my questions. I could tell he was experienced and very professional.

Showed up on time, performed cleaning as expected and also suggested other work that I could do myself to help keep our system clean. Very friendly and professional. Would def hire again!!!

Company called my house and spoke with wife before I told her of my purchase. They sent me an email about her refusal to speak with them and I returned an email and told them to call again, after I advised my wife of my actions for them to inspect our home. I have NOT heard from them again! They stole my money and ran!!! My money needs to be refunded AND I deserve a refund from Angie for the membership I no longer can trust them to provide IMMEDIATELY!!!

Job went well full-circle, from advance notice given of the expected arrival/timeliness, to taking precautions to keep our home tidy as possible during the work, plus being meticulous/conscientious, friendly, and professional, and relaying an important homeowner "to-do" 24 hours after the job was completed and offered a recommendation for upkeep. We also opted to have the company's botanical biocide treatment done, which we were in agreement about trying instead of a chemically-based product; the biocide did have a distinctive smell initially, but, the smell dissipated upon drying and did not cause any lung distress. So glad to have discovered this company on Angie's List. We recommend this company without any reserve.

Well smooth. Came late. Cleaned most of the vents. Cost $85 more than planned due to extra long dryer vent. Courteous and worked quickly. Would recommend.

Val cleaned the system in my home a year ago. Before the cleaning we were dusting once or twice a week, thinking it was all coming from outside. It wasn't, it had been recycling through our system! We have had significantly less dust in our home since that. Val was very professional, did an excellent job and took great pains to make sure that he left everything cleaner than he found it.

Val gave me a courtesy call before arriving. Very polite and professional. He explained what he would do after i showed him around. He finished giving me some advices on how to keep the system clean and avoid mold. Will definitely hire him again.

I have had the vents cleaned several times over a 27 year period and this was by far the best and most professional ever making the rest seem like amateurs. The owner of the business does the work and is extremely thorough. He brings all the right equipment to the job, a huge vacuum about 5 feet tall connected over a main intake air duct and other lines used to dislodge and blow out the dust and other particles which is then consumed by the vacuum. Also uses a shop vacuum in conjunction with the other air lines. Also the best cleaning of the dryer vent duct. I highly recommend the company and will use them again when the vents need another cleaning.

The air ducts were cleaned exceptionally well. The owner was efficient, professional, and quickly went to work upon arrival. This was the best air and dryer duct cleaning done since I have lived in my townhouse and would recommend the service to others.
