The Best Air Quality and Restoration

Val has completely changed my two year old daughter’s quality of life. For the first year my family moved into our new home, my daughter could not stop coughing at night and was always going to the doctor. The ER doctor recommended for my wife and I to get the house checked for mold. We started searching on the web for mold removal companies and found Val. He responded right away to our need of services and found mold leading from our basement’s utility room air vent to our daughter’s room. He and his team performed the mold removal and helped me deal with my house insurance agency. It has been about 7 months since they fix our mold problem, and my daughter has not coughed through the night since. Even after the job was done, he still was checking in with us to make sure our daughter was doing okay. I high recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a company that is going to do a great job and provide great customer service!

Great customer service! On time! Very professional! My house is 37 years old and we just bought it and I wanted to have our system cleaned since my family has bad allergies. They found so much dirt and dust! It was horrible! After cleaning everything very thoroughly my house smells like a new house!! Great prices too!! Val was available for same day service. He gave a time frame and called within 15 minutes of arriving. Val was professional and put on his shoe protection prior to walking on carpets. He cleaned our dryer vent from both the outside and inside. I could tell by the debris and the air pressure from the dryer vent outside that any clogs had been freed up and removed. Val cleaned up the outside debris and left the inside clean as well. Much appreciated! I would recommend Val to other customers.

Val arrived exactly when he said he would and within the 9 AM - 11 AM window provided. He wore protective covering on his shoes without being asked. He explained things to me throughout his work, and he suggested other work projects to look at in the near future. He was excellent.

they did a great job. I did want my dyer vent cleaned but he wasn't sure if he could do it, it was a little too high so he couldn't complete that. Very professional though.

It turned out well. I don't really have any other experience with duct cleaning, but they did a decent job, got all the dust and everything. I can't tell a difference right now but I will say that, I rent, and one of the maintenance personnel that came in seemed to be a little bit frustrated that the technician cut a hole in the ducting. I guess the air duct cleaning technician said that the only way to get a look at cleaning the inside of the duct was to actually look inside the duct, but instead of taking it apart, he went ahead and cut a hole and put his camera down in. The maintenance personnel from the housing company said he should have taken the duct apart instead of cutting a hole in something that he nor you actually own. He didn't say anything about a charge at this point and I haven't been told of one. When he cut the hole out, I was like oh did you really have to cut a hole out? I didn't know he was doing it at first. I heard some noise and I went to see it and I was like oh snap! and he said yeah I'm gonna patch it up. That's when he told me the only way to clean inside is to see inside. I didn't think about taking the duct apart until the maintenance person said something. He cleaned up well after he was done.

The technician was efficient and cleaned up behind himself! There was very little sweeping and scrubbing needed. I only had to mop one room more than once to get all the dust, but considering how much there was to be done, that was impressive. The tech took pictures as he went along so I could see what he had done and where they might be future problems. He gave me a maintenance schedule going forward and caught an area where there was some mildew in a duct that was exposed to moisture but was made of wood instead of metal. He had a special treatment product for that area and performed the work inclusive of what I had already paid Angie's List. I will meet with him in June as we switch over from heat to AC for the season. I was very pleased with the work.

I was able to get an appointment within the same week I called. Sergey came looking very professional. He took before and after photos of the vents. He did not try to sell me any extra unneeded services. I found him to be very honest and will definitely use this company again. I asked for the mold sample and it did come back positive.

It did not go, they have not contacted me. I had to go hire someone else outside of Angie's list. I find this a recurring problem with this website so I will not be using your site agai. While the service would have been cheap, it was money wasted.

I feel he did not spend enough time, he seemed in a rush. He didn't look in as many areas as he could have.

The man from Best Air Quality arrived on time. He was very pleasant and courteous. He immediately put on floor protectors over his shoes. After we walked through the house and showed him where all the vents and returns were located, he started the cleaning process. We were pleased with the results, everything was left clean, and we would recommend his company.

Everything went great. He also noted that I had the beginning of a mold problem in my basement and I paid extra to have that treated.

It was a very good experience. The owner came and cleaned out my air ducts. This was very important for me to have this done as I have asthma and I have lived in my home for 38 years. They had never been cleaned. My dryer ductwork was very lint filled. As I am a senior citizen it is near impossible for me to climb a ladder and do all the cleaning. He did an excellent job. I could tell a difference in my home's air quality immediately. And my dryer is drying my clothes as it should, without me worrying about a fire. The owner was very professional and knowledgeable. And extremely friendly and personable. I have already recommended his service to friends and family members.
