+ -1 moreThis was an awful customer service experience. I called and was routed to a call center and said a rep would call me back. Jim Johnson called me and scheduled an appointment to come and provide an estimate. We agreed to meet on a Tuesday at 2:30. I left work in time for our appointment but receive a call from him at 2:00 stating he is at my home. I said ok I’m on my way but our appointment was for 2:30. I get to my house at 2:15 and don’t see him. I check my phone and he had texted me stating he had a family issue and had to leave but would like to reschedule. My first thought is you text instead of calling so not very professional, I then thought maybe I was being too harsh because life happens. I texted him and said I was available Saturday because I had no intention of missing work again. He never responded. I would never use this company again. Arctic Windows did my home and were prompt, courteous and made a $2600 sale from it.

Description of Work: Had two triangle windows, about 30 sq ft total tinted in our house. They were working nearby and came right over to do the work. Very good work. Thought price was slightly high since they were working nearby and were able to do it right away.
