initially we had some issues with the service but Reliable contacted us and we worked the issues out.

I had a leak into my fireplace and storms were coming. I went through my insurance and they noted this provider. I was desperate and the contractor knew this. I agreed to pay $650 for him to cover my chimney with a tarp and tape it shut. I knew I was being ripped off, but I was hopeful it would stop the water into my home. We all now call it the "golden tarp" the tape did not last even 2 weeks, it was laughable. Worse still, it DIDN'T WORK!!! rain continued to pour in. The man was nice, but I never should have paid this much for a tarp.

Excellent work! I noticed a shingle had blown off my roof earlier in the week. I wanted the repairs completed prior to the expected snow and rain later int he week. I called around to 6 different companies. Reliable Roofers was the ONLY company in the area that answered the phone. They were able to get Bob out to my house the next day, something no other company was able to do. Bob showed up on time, was very personable and explained the cost and what the work he needed to perform. He also said he would fix any problems once he was up on the roof. He completed the work quickly and ensured all the minor problems with my roof were fixed. I will call Reliable Roofers back for any future roofing needs. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

They did what they said they would do and I felt they were honest with me. My roof is in good shape and I have not had any more leaks or problems so obviously they fixed what my problem was. They had to put a whole lot of new wood on the roof, too.

The repair looks good from the ground and now that there have been quite a few heavy rains I can confirm that the roof no longer leaks into the soffit! There was some confusion (likely on my end) between what was asked for and what was done, but Larry really worked with me to make sure that I was satisfied in the end (which I am). Reliable came out with a very knowledgeable roofing consultant and explained all the options available. Out shallow pitch roof has been leaking off and on around the base of the skylights and wall vent for years. We had been patching it, reflashing certain parts of the roof and eventually removed the wall vent that leaked and destroyed an interior wall. The new application matched the second story roof perfectly with two water proof layers of self adhesive product. Proper venting was installed to prevent mold and adequately let the roof breath. Our skylights were improperly installed and the curb mount they rested on was totally disintegrated, unfortunately requiring new curb mounts and new glass. Two days after the roof was done, a huge downpour for 5 hours ensued and for the first time in 8 years not one drop inside the house. The roofing consultant was very knowledgeable, the all American crew was thoroughly professional and the owner took time to speak to me regarding options, prices an discounts. They provided a 12/12 warranty and I expect to not use it. A very good experience with a family owned roofing company.

It went very well. He was very professional. Bob came out and was on time and was able to complete the job in a timely manner.

Had my entire roof replaced a year earlier. After a particular heavy rain, had a leak, and another on a subsequent rain. Instead of calling the original roofer, I contracted Reliable Roofing to perform a repair and provide an assessment of the previous roofers work. They were on time, professional, and didn't rag on anyone else's work. They found what might be the cause, and performed a repair. I am satisfied with my experience with them.

Reliable Roofers professional Bob came out to my home the day of my call, listened attentively to my description of what had occurred and what our situation was, then did a visual inspection of the roof, first from inside the house through a bedroom window, then by climbing up on the outside. He spotted a damaged shingle looking out of the bedroom window, and after comingdown from the roof, reported the roof ridge vent was loose and missing an end cap. He gave me an estimate for repairs, then, at my request, added on a quote for removing an old satellite dish from a service I had cancelled. The overall quote was very reasonable and, as promised, Bob came out the next day and took care of everything and even did some other miscellaneous patching of holes related to the satellite dish cabling.

When my roof was leaking in my new house Bob was able to come out the next day. He needed to get a new exhaust pipe, so put a sealant on the old one and came back to do repair early in the week. Bob had done a roof repair for me at another house. I have been very happy with his work. A crew came out and installed gutter guards and were finishing when I arrived home.

My repairman was Joe. He was at my home bright and early before I was and was already at work when I arrived. He didn't waste a lot of time talking, he came to do a job and that's what he did. He was very good about explaining to me exactly what he did, and also pointed out some other issues that he felt I should address to prevent any future problems. Overall I thought the process went very well. I would recommend Reliable Roofers to anyone, and I would most certainly use them in the future if and when the need arises.

The estimate was completed by a person with technical knowledge and he immediately found the cause of the leak to be incorrectly installed flashing. (I had thought that the flashing may have been damaged or dislodged by an earthquake we had a while ago.) The estimator had a price for the repair of the flashing and water damage wood, but with the age of my roof, I was ready for a roof replacement. He included the repairs in the estimate and I then added the upgraded lifetime warranty shingles. In other words he didn't try to give me a hard sell sales pitch. The delivery of the materials, the repairs, the roof installation, and the cleanup all proceeded without any incidents. They did an excellent job.

The salesperson and the owner of the company worked with us to address our specific concerns. We were re-roofing our small city row house roof. The company met our specific needs because we also had a roof top deck and they worked around the framing so we were able to easily replace the roof top deck after the roof work was finished.

I wasn't really that pleased with them. Their cleanup afterwards was horrible. It had gotten so dark by the time they finished putting the roof on that a lot of the debris was still left there. We had to wind up picking up it and sweeping it up ourselves. I am still having problems with the gutter. When it rains, the rain falls behind the gutters. They quoted me one price and when they came, they said they had to put up some additional boards which cost me an additional $500. I would not recommend them. Their price was average. The people working for them do not speak any English so it was hard to communicate with them.

I thought the service was great and the price reasonable. We got multiple quotes and ultimately went with Reliable because there wasn't a high pressure sale, their prices were within reason and the owner was pleasant to deal with and appeared respectful of our concerns. I would recommend them to others.

The insurance company did not want to cover completely because there was not enough of damage so I shingled only half of the roof. Their communication was a little hard to understand but it was due to a number of reasons and I cannot really blame it on them. They did excellent work. They were delayed on getting the repair done and it took a while for them to complete the job. I communicated with them a few days after hurricane Sandy happened and the work was completed only recently especially because I had to get authorization from the home owners community. I still feel their work was delayed. They informed me that they had a lot of backup and it was during the holiday season so they were making excuses that way. My only complaint is that it took a while for them to finish the work but once it was completed it looked awesome. Their prices were fine. They scheduled the appointment and came in on time.

The guy who did the work did a great job. He responded promptly and gave an estimate. He even adjusted the price and the work has held up since that time. The guy is very experienced and seems to know roofs very well. Other service providers failed to respond but this one did not.

They had excellent follow up. They were not able to solve the problem originally but they kept in touch and they were able to solve the problem with a second solution. The person that I worked with had excellent communication skills, was responsible, and professional. I would be a repeat customer of this provider.

It turned out pretty well. They came out 2 hours after the call. They removed the branch and determined there was no damage. They were friendly to work with.

They were fast and efficient and responded quickly. It was all in all quick and easy with the estimate and the work. I would rate them overall an A and would use them again if needed.

The company representative knew his business and working out the contract for services was straight forward. The job took two days and involved two crews (one for the roof and one for the gutters). After a logistics issue with crew availability, the two crews each did a quality job. The only hickup was that the two systems were not tied in together at the eaves to make a single weather-resistant system. The company responded very fast and satisfactorily when the oversight was brought to their attention. Overall I am pleased with the services provided and I would use them again in the future.

I needed to have a hole repaired in my ridge vent and seals replaced around the vent pipe collars on the roof. I called Reliable Roofers, Inc. for an estimate and was told over the phone that it would be a minumum of $200 to do the job before they knew what the job was. I asked if they charged for the estimate and was told that the estimate was free. The company's representative, Joe D'Urso, came to do the estimate. He and anoher man checked the roof and told me the cost would be $650 to do the job. He didn't give me anything in writing initially but insisted that his price would be the lowest and he would do the work immediately. When I explained that I planned to get at least one more estimate, he said I should add $100 to the price if he had to come back another day. Then he gave me a written estimate,detailing the work to be done, with the total at $750. Mr. D'Urso was not very professional I felt he was trying to pressure me into hiring him on the spot to do the work. And it seems that his estimate was not free if he had to make another trip back to my house.

Contract was draw up and all work was done accordingly. Replaced all the shingles in one day. Everything was done in a professional manner.
