They were also able to fix another issue the very next day at a reasonable price. I will definitely keep their contact info and use them again. Thank you for such wonderful "Reliable" service.

They were very responsive to my immediate need for repairs. I was worked into their schedule the next day. The cost was more than reasonable compared to two other estimates. I gave them 4 stars because it was a small job. I would hire them for any size future roof work. They are an honest company with excellent customer service.

Very responsive; first windstorm, they didn't see any shingle damage and said so; they came back at my request after another windstorm and found some issues (showed me a pic, too).

They Charged $ 225.00 to caulk & seal around the HVAC vent on the roof. I did not negotiate the price as I don't always do that.

Came fast and fix the problem.

The gentleman was fair, honest and gave helpful advice. I would definitely use them again.

I hired them. They, allegedly, repaired a number of slate tiles on my roof. I had another roofer come out and I found out that NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE. At this point, I am not sure what actions I am going to take. But beware. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They responded immediately and arrived at our home in about 90 minutes. Anthony was knowledgeable, honest and a fast worker. Roof repairs needed to our 2 vent pipes were completed within 2 hours. Cost was very reasonable. He also provided pictures of the pipes before and after his repair. He also inspected our roof and gave us his assessment which was good and a relief to us. A great experience overall.

Company's responsiveness was great, including the visit, inspection, and discussion of repair of roof ridge vent damaged due to storm had samples to show the differences in the ridge vents an samples of my old vent he explained in detail about each and how its installed. They scheduled quickly everyone was several weeks out and Larry @ Reliable Roofing kept in touch of when had availability and working with my insurance company and squeezing us in to their very busy schedule, Larry was a very pleasant person and his crew was too â ¦ they explained what needed to be replaced and repaired and suggested different types and best for your money they were honest, I checked the pricing of their estimate of product and grade difference !! Larry kept in touch with us the whole way thru, A great company I will use them every time I need roof repairs and recommend them to friends and family!! They were in and out quickly and did a great job!! So glad I choose them out of the three estimates! Happy customer :)

I don't yet know if the leak repair has been effective. Need to wait for substantial rain. However, the company's responsiveness was great, including the visit, inspection, and discussion. Relative to the cost of others, its cost was more reasonable and based on a direct, up-close inspection of the roof. The other company did a distant, visual inspection and gave an estimate of a full roof replacement after telling me I did not need that at this time.

We needed a roof ridge vent installed, and the work was done exactly as promised, and the quality of the install was SUPER clean. On top of that, the price was very reasonable! Hello. I wanted a roof inspection. I have an older modest home and just wanted to check on my roof (installed in 2016 by a different company) because my attic gets very hot. The person they sent came on time, gave a walk-through, gave me some recommendations and the reasons for them. Very polite and not pushy (which I appreciate). Currently researching into the options he mentioned.
