I had some wind damage done to the shingles on my roof and needed it repaired. I was having a hard time finding a company that would take on a small repair job. I put in several requests for estimates with appointments to be done later on this week. Reliable Roofers contacted me this morning to make an appointment. Much to my surprise they were ready to do the job. Anthony came, looked at the damage, provided a write up, got the material, did the job and was on point with the estimate he gave me. He even went the extra mile to explain some things and provide brochures. He didn't try to sell me more than what I wanted. Excellent job!

I called for a basement water proffer and Home Advisor set me up with a roofer while we were on the phone. Before we hung up, Reliable Roofers had left me a message on my phone. Called them back and they said they they could go checkout the missing shingles today (Hurricane Sandy). Next thing I know, I get a call at work that they were on my roof. They gave me an estimate and I authorized the work (not worth bidding out). Work was done before and they were gone before I got home. Had one decent rain with no issues.

Reliable Roofer was responsive, Came out the same day and caulked around vent and chimney.

They were able to come on short notice and fix the problem immediately.

Reliable Roofers were very responsive and provided a quote the same day that I contacted them. Then, they promptly performed the job when they said they would. I believe my roof leak problem has been fixed. My only complaint is that the workers left cigarette butts, gum wrappers and some roofing trash in my front and back yards.

We needed a genuine troubleshooter and a quick and reliable repair on short notice. We had immediate responses from Reliable Roofers when we made an inquiry of Service Magic, and we felt that we were given good advice, answers to our questions, and a willingnes to fit our request into their full schedule to get the work done when we needed it. The price seemed high, but we felt we got appropriate concessions, and didn't think we needed to get a second estimate. The work was completed on time, cleaned up nicely, looked great, and after several storms since, we've had no indication of further problems.

Timely, professional, quality service. Came out the next day, completed the work that same week, cleaned up appropriately, couldn't be happier. Reliable Roofers is my first call the next time that I need roof repair (which is often, living in an urban forest).
