I received a phone call from Reliable in (no lie) 2 minutes after service magic entered it into their system. She told me who would call and when and they did. Mark Farmer made arrangement sot see me the same afternoon, identified the problem, quoted it, showed up two days later and repaired the leak. It has been a couple weeks and two rain events since then and no problems. This company does it right in all ways. I work for a contractor, I know.

They did an excellent job on the roof. Took a while until the actually came and did the work (about two weeks). Two weeks after the job is completed and I still have not seen my final bill

The roof on my rental property started leaking when Hurricane Irene hit. I called servicemagic and they referred a few roofing companies to me. Larry of Reliable Roofers called me within minutes of my SM call and actually came out that day during the hurricane to secure a tarp to stop the leaking. I was impressed by his response time and willingness to help even in those conditions.

This company gets it...The professionalism, Customer Service and cost were simply OUSTANDING! They are not out just to make a buck or over charge their customers!

Came by and gave me a reasonable amount, so he repaired my skylight the same day he gave me the estimate. So, my skylight is fixed.

They came on a Sunday to fix my roof after a Saturday night leak emergency (but were willing to come the same night for emergency fees). They were very quick and so far the roof hasn't leaked since. I'm very happy with Reliable Roofers!

They were here when scheduled and complete the job in a timely manner. The workers respected me and my property and cleaned up after the job was complete

Noticed a leak one evening and put in the request. They called me the next morning, came out that same morning and repaired my roof that afternoon. The roof was tested today with 3" of rain today. No leaks and happy they came out when they did!
