Nothing done!
Description of Work: I called to request an estimate to remodel my bathroom at the end of July. The earliest appointment was August 28. That was too long to wait and also made me wonder if it took that long to get an estimate, how responsible would they be in getting work done in a timely basis.. I've canceled the appointment and gone with someone else.

Dear Member, The 70+ reports that have been submitted on our company and our performance should not be called into question because of our appointment schedule. We do have a heavy call volume because of our reputation, so it is important that we do not take on more appointments than we can handle responsibly and in a timely manner. We have found that if we take on too many appointments, it becomes increasingly difficult to provide and maintain our high standard of service that so many have come to enjoy and appreciate. It seems rather unfair that you would give us a failing grade for being responsible and trying to do the right thing by all of our clients.
