+ -1 moreI researched for an appraiser on Angie's List and found Green Appraisals. I telephoned the company and left a voice message. No one has returned my call. As a consequence I used another company.

+ -1 moreMr. Tom Green performed the appraisal on a townhouse property in Baltimore County at the request of the mortgage lender. Mr. Green arrived on time, took various pictures as expected, and inspected/appraised the home. Generally, purchasers do not receive a copy of the appraisal, but due to extenuating circumstances, I was able to get a copy of the appraisal report. The appraisal was in my opinion professionally prepared, concise, and well thought out. I would definitely utilize their service again.
Description of Work: The firm appraised a residential property that was purchased by me.
