As a Property Manager I have used Cunningham Contracting as my go to contractor for the last seven years. They have done jobs as small as repairing a door to large scale projects such as roof replacement on a 7 building condo complex. Everyone who works for them is professional, punctual, polite & knowledgeable. The owner Mark Cunningham & sales rep Phil Smith go over and above to make their clients happy & return again and again. If you are looking for a contractor that you can rely on to perform the job professionally, correctly, honestly & be a great value for your money this is your contractor.

My husband and I must apologize for submitting our comments a little late with respect to the work that Cunningham Contracting did at our home. We had experienced considerable medical issues with two immediate family members, which eventually led to their death. Our list of things to do grew longer each day and we have finally been able to focus our attention on writing our review on Cunningham Contracting. We needed to have a new skylight installed because the existing one, which had been installed when our house was originally built in 1984, was deteriorating and causing leaks into our home from heavy rains. Additionally, we wanted to have the roof inspected especially around the outside chimney. My husband, who is very particular when it comes to having work done in our home, was going to do the work himself. After analyzing and considering the weight of the issues, we decided it would be best to have a professional company do the work on our roof. We contacted Cunningham Contracting to come to our home and give us an estimate on the work to be done and the cost. Cunningham responded within a very short time span and sent a field supervisor to our home to evaluate the work to be done. After examining our roof and the skylight, he explained what needed to be done, the cost, and the time frame for completion of the work. The work was scheduled for the following day. The workmen arrived at our home as scheduled, started work almost immediately, and completed their job within the time frame given. My husband, who had been away during the day, was quite impressed with everything upon his return to our home. Not only did the workmen do an excellent job in installing the skylight but all of the debris from their work had been completely cleared away from the yard. The supervisor gave my husband a detailed description of the type of skylight installed. The roof had also been inspected and there were no problems to be found. A few days following the installation of our new skylight, we experienced a torrential downpour of rain. After the storm, we were so pleased as we did not see one drop of moisture come into our home from the new skylight. We were very comfortable with the work Cunningham Contracting did. Being a woman who is always uptight and meticulous about work being done in my home, I am happy to say that they did an exceptional job. I understand from the supervisor and the workmen that the president of Cunningham always instructs his men to do the work as though it was being done at their mother’s house. That’s what I like to hear! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having work done by this professional company.

e have worked with Cunningham Contracting on multiple projects. We first had Cunningham for window replacements. (We went with Cunningham because a friend referred us and their prices were the best.) Mark was the person who did our estimate. His professionalism impressed me. My husband and I can both be very particular about contractors. The installation was done in a timely manner. The windows were installed correctly and the installers did not leave a mess. I didn't even need to vacuum. Mark even called later that day to make sure that we were happy with the work. I was shocked! I never had a contractor call me after a job. It was a great experience, so about 5 years later we used them again for our roof. We were having some issue with leaks around our chimneys. Initially the flashing wasn't installed correctly. Mark never tried to sell, pressure, or scare us. My husband grew up around construction and his brother owns roofing and siding business. My husband worked summers for that business and is somewhat knowledgeable about roofing. To show us the details of the work, Mark took pictures and showed them to us, so we didn't have to climb up on the roof ourselves. My husband was impressed with the job they did. The attention to detail was appreciated. We like how he is a bit of a perfectionist. Again, everyone was very reliable. The whole job was completed quickly and didn't interrupt our lives. Mark delivered everything on time, and the project went very smoothly. We’re thrilled with how it looks and really jazzed that our roof is rock solid. I couldn't hope for a better contractor.

I hired Cunningham contracting Inc. to replace my roof and add in new gutters. From day one of the job start they arrived on time. their workers were very professional and courteous when on the job. Everyone one on the job was very professional and respectful when they were working ( I stress this as I had work done by another company and their workers used a lot of profanity) I found Cunningham's work quite the opposite of this which was a delight. The New Roof that Cunningham's installed does not have any problems and looks great. I decided that I wanted them to do new gutters for me so I hired them for that. They installed the gutters at the same time . which was also a pleasure to me as I thought at that time they would have to reschedule. but they did the gutters at completion of the roof. It was nice to see the safety procedures that was used while on the job. They had leaders looking after their workers. Cunningham Contracting Made this an easy process and worry free to me. they even did a follow up me to make sure that I was happy and had no issue with the roof or gutters which the installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the future. To find contractors who really care about their customers needs and use quality materials. Is a contractors I will use in the future. I need to have my homes siding done soon and Cunningham contracting Inc. WILL be the Company that install my siding and any other work that arises in the future. They have a dedicated customer.

The system that was installed did not work from day one. The contractor breached his contract in terms of the materials that he promised to use. All of the gutters leak and continually clogMore importantly, he operated in total disregard of the County storm water management requirements. Now the whole job has to be done over. Rather than rectify his errors, Cunningham only wants to sue me.
