Concrete Masters Ltd

I had a very positive experience with Concrete Masters Ltd. The interaction with their back office (P) was very good and she was very responsive to my questions and provided all the information and follow up I requested. Then when the day of the work came the crew came on time, got right to work and cleaned up after themselves. I've had the porch now for about a month and it looks very nice. I will certainly use them again for any concrete work I needed done. A+!

I called Concrete Masters LTD on three separate occasions to set up an appointment for a quote. All three calls were never answered and went to voice mail. I left two messages with my contact information, but I never received a return telephone call from Concrete Masters LTD.

Getting a contractor to come to our house and provide an estimate in July was much more difficult than I had anticipated. We contacted six firms, but only Concrete Masters and one other firm actually came to our house and provided written estimates, and Concrete Masters was much less expensive. Because of hurricanes and excessive rains in August and September, we delayed the driveway repair until early October, which proved to be a wise decision, as all of the work was able to be performed during a period of beautiful, dry weather. Augie kept us fully informed throughout. He called days before the work began to verify that it was ok to begin as planned, and arrived by 7:00 am on the day work began. Because breaking-up concrete is noisy, he didn't let his crew begin work until 8:00 am, out of respect for our neighbors. They worked quickly, carefully, and professionally, and we had a brand new driveway by noon of the second day... hours before he had promised. Four days later, Augie came back to collect the cones that he had placed at the end of the driveway to keep vehicles and people off until the concrete was sufficiently strong to support our cars. We are very pleased with the job that Concrete Masters performed, and will recommend them to anyone who needs concrete driveway work performed.
