They arrived when they said they would. The gentleman who did the work was polite and knowledgeable. They called before coming. Felt it was a good value.

The service technician was courteous, prompt and effiecient. The pricing for the services provided were also very reasonable. Atlantic Lighting and Irrigation will be my go to from now on for my sprinkler system.

Effective and right on time

Gary was great. We chose Atlantic based on price...the work is pretty standard. They scheduled our appointment in a 2-hour block and he showed up right on time. He was friendly, provided a very clear explanation, and answered all my questions. We will definitely call Atlantic back for our Spring sprinkler service.

They were efficient, neat, courteous and ON TIME! Based on my experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I had a TERRIBLE experience with the "original" installer of my Sprinkler System. Although his installation price was much lower for the system itself, his "service" and "design" common sense was very poor. Dealing with professionals like Atlantic was a breath of fresh air, although twice the cost of the "low-balling" original installer. You get what you pay for, and in this case, we got QUALITY service all the way around!

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

This project was done by a large crew of 12 in one day. This irrigation system is just complete and will have to wait to see the end result in a few weeks time to see if every sprinkler works. The only drawback is at the end of the day, the crew was tired and did not spend enough time to adjust each sprinkler. Perhaps if they could come back to adjust and give us more insight, then we will give them perfect score.

Response was almost immediate; the technician was excellent and fair with his charges; I plan to use them in the future for irrigation system repair/

Mike was great explaining the system and all the features. Orlando and his crew were great! Wow, what a job and I'm certaily glad I had them do it. Clean, thorough, efficient and very professional. No mess left behind and now people are stopping by MY house asking about the system and experience.

Mary was very detailed in laying out my design and explaining the products being used. Field crew walked me through the job before, during and after

the crew and salesmananger did an outstanding job. with installation, knowlegde and cleanup. I will give them 5 diamonds as a rating and would recommend them to everybody

I got exactly what I asked for! The process was painless...everthing from the estimate to the final payment was performed with exceptional professionalism. They were flexible when it came to scheduling, they were customer oriented, personable and highly knowledgeable about their craft. They explained everything to our satisfaction. They were on-time, organized, and professional. The estimator, plumber, and project coordinator were synchronized from the get-go! I highly recommend their products and service...you won't regret it.
