The service was okay. I don't see where it really helped a lot. I didn't like it because they came and did it and didn't leave anything. They didn't tell me what I should do. They did say I didn't have to water it because it was going to rain. They didn't tell me any suggestions about what I should do, and I wasn't thrilled about that. It helped a little bit in the back. It didn't help in the front. I ended up putting sod in the front. I certainly didn't get more grass, so I wasn't thrilled with it. I really don't know what I got for my money, since they didn't leave any information for me afterwards. I don't know what I was supposed to get out of it because they never said anything. It's not like I thought I was going to get this beautiful lawn from them after just one treatment, but I really don't know what I got. They were there and did the job but I didn't see a whole lot of improvement. But I don't know if I should have.

Contractor called in advance to notify me. They showed on time and completed the job professionally.

Adam and his team did a fantastic job and our front yard looks beautiful. They put down new mulch and made the existing area much more attractive with new flowers and moving plants to create a much more appealing front yard. I look forward to them working on our backyard and implementing the ideas Adam has to improve this area. I've told my neighbors about them since I've had so many positive responses from my community.

The work was fine. He was fast, neat and professional. However, it took to long from the time contacted to completion.

Adam called to verify my location, in downtown Annapolis and inside a townhouse community so he knew in advance that their regular trucks would not work on our street so he would need to purchase the mulch in bags. He arrived when expected, finished as expected and as we expected, did a smashing job.

All went well from arrival call to job completion. I will use this service again. Thank you Arp Contracting.

It was extremely difficult to schedule the service, with inconsistent contact to responses. Took about 5-6times contacting back and forth to get service. There was no availability for over a month. When I did get the service they were on time. They completed the aeration very quickly and reseeded. I asked for the mix seed contents and ratio, the service person could not provide me with that data. Service was not bad, but not great either.

This was a smooth experience overall. I was contacted the next day (Sunday) after purchasing a deal for lawn aeration and overseeding. They stated they would contact me that week to set up my service. I waited all week and finally contacted them on Friday. He apologized for the delay and scheduled me for the following Monday. They arrived at sunset, but were able to complete the aeration and overseeding before dark. This was much more convenient and affordable than renting a machine and hauling it home to do the work myself. It's probably too soon to tell if aeration and overseeding makes a difference, but the lawn looks great so far.

It was hard to maintain contact with provider but once we both got on same page then service was rendered quickly.

No problems with the work what-so-ever, however they got my house and my neighbors house confused. So they did the aeration and over seeding on my neighbors house. They rescheduled and came out when they said they would so for that, I'm satisfied.

It went fine. They did a good job. They came in and did what they said they are going to do. It worked out fine. They do a very good work. They are also professional and I would hire them again.

This is the third time I bought a deal from an Angie's list company to have my yard aerated and seeded. the first two were disasters, companies took the money and didn't do the job. This company came when I asked them to come, they did a good job and I'm so pleased!

It went extremely well. They were very personable and did a very thorough job. I had no problems at all with them. I am going to use them again in the spring and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The scheduling was very easy and I have no complaints with them.

Adam contacted me immediately to get address and phone number to schedule service. He responded promptly by calling me for an agreeable date. After discussion it was decided that the service would not produce results at this time due to the weather change. He instructed I could request a refund and repurchase the deal in the spring.

Contractor aerated the yard and applied seed. After 2 weeks no new grass was noted. Contractor was contacted and he offered to reseed. After 2nd reseed no new grass was noted. By this time cool weather had set in which may have been the cause. Would give contractor another shot.

Work was done as expected; some parts of lawn could not be done due to lack of grass growing

My husband and I built a patio and asked Adam to complete it as we had "run out of steam". He came over the day after we called because there was a mountain of dirt to be moved and rain was expected. He and his men moved all of the dirt the next day. He installed flagstone steps on 3 sides and landscaped around the entire patio. The service was great...very timely....and very professional. I would recommend him highly.

I spoke to Adam Patterson (this is a one person company) and it was a very bad experience dealing with him. I asked him if he had insurance to perform the work and he said he did. Several days later I received an insurance document and the start date for the insurance was the date that I received the document so Adam Patterson lied and didn't have insurance when I asked him if he had insurance initially. He agreed to do the work the next week so I cut the grass and picked up the leaves but he cancelled that date range. We rescheduled for this past Monday so on Sunday I cut the grass, picked up the leaves and marked our irrigation spray heads and had everything ready for Adam Patterson to do the lawn aeration/overseeding. Adam Patterson called me on Monday 1 hour before he was scheduled to do the work and said he did not want to do the work. HIs said his reason for not wanting to do the work was that he didn't like me asking him questions. A week earlier he agreed and scheduled to do the work and after I did all of the preparation yard work he backed out at the last minute which I think is a very inconsiderate and rude thing to do. It appears that he may have not wanted to pay his insurance premium and that could be the actual reason he did not want to do the work. I would not recommend Adam Patterson to do work for anyone. The homeowner is responsible for making sure anyone that does work on their property has the proper insurance and if Adam Patterson does work for a homeowner without the proper insurance, the homeowner would be responsible for Adam Patterson and his work which is ridiculous.

Excellent service. The crew was very professional and did a thorough job with the aeration. They cleaned up after they we're done.

Everything was great. He was very responsive and worked with our time frame. Adam answered all of our questions. The entire job was done thoroughly. I also appreciated that he stayed in touch with us to let us know when he would arrive.
