I submitted an inquiry online about replacing my 3 bay windows and received a call about 5 minutes later. I explained to Scott that we already have other bids but I wanted to give him a shot based on his reviews. I measured the windows and took pictures of the windows to be replaced. He drew up a quote in about 5 min and e-mailed it to me. Hisbid was competitive, but unfortunately not as good as the deal I was getting from another bidding company. Even though I told him I was going with another provider, Scott was still kind enough to explain to me what the other company should be doing to achieve proper building code and to make sure that they do. Clearly he didn't have to do this but that's caring about your work and doing the right thing even when you aren't going to do the work. If other companies can follow his business model, the world would be a much better place. I wish him continued success in his business.

Very easy! No sales people! Scott, owner, asked me a few questions over the phone and gave me a quote within 10 minutes via email. I agreed to cost. Scott sent a measure tech to confirm my measurements. Windows were ordered and installed four weeks later. My husband and I are very busy and do not have the time to deal with sales people showing us presentations. All other window companies insisted that they send someone over to show us their windows before they would give us a quote and insisted that both my husband and I had to be present. Zen Windows made the process very easy and affordable. The Zen quote was about $1500.00 less than the other window companies.

I have been through the ringer with window replacement companies. I have ONE window that needs to be replaced and I can't begin to explain the horrors of going through a window sales pitch. Sometimes the companies won't even SEND a representative out because like I said, I only have one window, not three or five and that kind of minimum is frustrating. Don't even get me started about them making sure that BOTH homeowners are present at the time of the appointment. I make the decisions in my house so I am the only one that they would need to deal with... but nooooo! Unless two are present no rep or no appointment. Then there were the two nightmarish sales reps that did eventually come out. They were both in my house for over THREE hours! It was ridiculous! I had to buy right then and there and everyone trash talked the others windows. One company (which will remain anonymous) even stated right out that they would not honor any sort of sale, coupon or discount and even added an UP CHARGE because it was just the one window. I'm not going to spend $1500.00 for one window that only measures 30x20. After all of this, I was talking to my girlfriend about all of these goings on and she mentioned Zen Windows. She said that you just go online and request info, there are no sales people to deal with and it takes minutes over the phone. It sounded like absolute heaven! And it IS!!!! I went onto their website www.zenwindows.com and I submitted a request form for my area explaining what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes I received a thank you email from the company's OWNER Scott Halle explaining that he would call me with a couple of questions and get me priced out... no muss no fuss! He also sent me a brochure about his product and an explanation of the process should I decide to move forward. About 10 minutes later, I received a call from Mr. Halle. He was so pleasant and refreshing over the phone. He asked me a couple of easy questions like what size my window was, what was it made of (if I knew), if I had grids or no grids, the year my house was built and if I had an HOA that may need approval beforehand. The phone call took all of 5 minutes and I was waiting for the pressure.... but there wasn't any at all. I mean AT ALL!! Upon me answering all of my questions Mr. Halle stated that he would email me a quote and if I wanted to get the work done just let him know. Once I signed the paperwork, he would send his installation manager out to take an accurate measurement of the window and to make any notes about the window that would be needed. Then in a couple of weeks (2-3 weeks) I would have my window installed!! I received my quote in about 15 minutes and it is a very reasonable price for the work that I want done. I have not received any further inquiries from Zen Windows claiming price drops or sales or any sort of pressure... and it is marvelous! No pricing games, no pushy managers calling at all hours with another price drop and amazing enough, it is clearly stated that NO money is needed for a "down deposit". You only pay once you're happy with a job well done. I highly recommend utilizing Zen Windows as you get to miss all of the stress and rigmarole of dealing with pushy sales people who drench themselves in their aftershave/cologne and their shady practices. Mr. Scott Halle has got my business for my windows and I will sing Zen Windows praise to anyone who will listen! * P.S. I have not signed the contract for my window yet as a surprise vet bill had to come first. But I will get the work done as soon as I save back up again!

Very nice website, easy to navigate. Received contact email within a few minutes! Spoke with Scott Halle, who asked a few questions about what I was interested in. He sent me a quote within a few minutes without having to come into my home. His quote was 1/2 the price of what I have been seeing from other companies AND without the salesman strong-arm pressure. Refreshingly easy to work with and very professional.

I HEARD ABOUT ZEN WINDOWS FROM A FRIEND IN ATLANTA WHO HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE A LOCATION IN THIS AREA. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER, SCOTT HALLE, WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY EMAIL, CALLED ME WITH ONLY A FEW QUESTIONS, AND EMAILED ME THE QUOTE IN JUST A FEW MINUTES. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANIES IN MY HOME OVER THE YEARS, AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY TAKE HOURS, AND NEVER TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. ZEN WINDOWS WAS A NICE CHANGE FROM ALL THAT HASSLE. ZEN'S PRICE CAME IN SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN 2 OTHER WELL KNOWN COMPANIES I HAD SEEN, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOW IS EQUAL OR BETTER, AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, AND THE WARRANTIES ARE IDENTICAL. WE ARE WAITING FOR THE HOA TO APPROVE OUR REQUEST FOR THE NEW WINDOWS, SO I WILL PROBABLY UPDATE THIS REVIEW LATER ONCE THE WINDOWS ARE IN. BUT BASED ON WHAT MY FRIEND TOLD ME, AND THE EXPERIENCE WITH SCOTT HALLE SO FAR, I AM CONFIDENT THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GO. AND, AS THEIR WEBSITE SAYS...IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN EASIER.
