Description of Work: Tom and his crew came to repair a flickering light that burned out. It turned out the dimmer switch was bad. They replaced the overhead fixture and installed a new dimmer switch.

Description of Work: I thought I had a broken fan which they told me just needed a few screws tightened. I told them that my light fixtures had short circuited but it was just a fuse that had blown.

This was important as we had other contractors that would have been delayed if they weren't so responsive. Their prices were so good that our general contractor has decided to start using them too.

+ -1 moreTold me if his price wasn't good, at least give him a chance to let him know. He and one of his master electricians came out and did a great job. Very customer oriented. Very positive attitude, cleans up very well. I would use him over and over again, wouldn't hire anyone but him.
