The man who came, barely spoke English. He misunderstood my requests. Asked him to avoid one window with new glass, he didn't understand and missed 5 windows which were adjacent. i noticed one which I asked him to re-do, but this morning in the sun, appears to me several more. Frustrating.

I have a two story home, with a two story foyer. The windows had not been done in eons, and were quite dirty on the outside. Julio made arrangements to come Thursday, but when he saw the weather had changed for the worse, he called and came that very same day. He was quiet, efficient, very conscientious and even got all the cobwebs off the walls and the chandelier in the foyer for me - on a very tall ladder! My windows are now sparkling. I'd recommend his company to anyone.
