Julio was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He is easy to work with.

Julio and his helper were great. They were courteous, respectful of our home, and left the place tidy. It was a little difficult getting on their schedule, but we weren't in any hurry. There's also a little bit of a language barrier, but nothing was lost in translation. A great experience!

Julio responded promptly to our inquiry, arrived as scheduled, gave us an estimate and charged exactly that when he finished. He was very efficient courteous and our windows probably look the best since we bought this home in 1984.

I had 51 windows to clean. They did an excellent job. All windows were clean. It took them about 3.5 hours. The price was very reasonable. I know one thing, that I would never clean my windows that good by myself . It was worth it! Next time I will hire them again.

Quick, comprehensive work

While workers were cleaning windows I had to ask them on several windows to re-clean the glass because they were still streaked. I also had to ask them to go back to windows that they thought they were done on to clean the inside sills. I asked the cleaners why they werent cleaning the screens which had been listed on the original quoted price and they told me it would be an additional charge of $3 per window. As we were going to leave the screens out anyway, as the house was going to be sold, I figured it wasnt worth fighting with the cleaners about that. When they said they were finished, I had to tell them they had missed entirely a couple of windows on the first level. The cleaner tried to bill me extra, over and above the price quoted in advance, but when I reminded him of our initial contact with exact numbers of windows, he finally settled for the original quoted price. I would not recommend this company.

Friendly, professional, convenient, fast, looks good. A little disorganized - tour/intro at arrival could be clearer.

Two gentlemen arrived on schedule, removed their shoes upon entering the house and did an excellent job. They also cleaned all door windows and they were spotless. They were very courteous and respectful of belongings near the windows. I highly recommend this company and will use then again. In fact, I am having them back next week to do clean up power washing in my backyard after another company left a mess.

The owner was courteous and reliable. The two men did an excellent job, better than any other service I had in all the years I have hired window cleaning companies. I HIGHLY recommend this company without any hesitation. They were on time and called the day before and the morning of the appointment.
