Contract did not provide the services advertised. Started off well for the first 2 visits. After that, they did not show up as scheduled with no phone calls to inform of cancellation. Often they would missed 2-3 scheduled times. They would even call up to tell us they would be there the next day and not show up. It took several calls to get them to show up and perform the services that were paid for up front. I ended up cancelling the service. Was promised that a manager would call to address the issues and they did not.

The provider never actually came out to my property to assess what services were needed. They would not come out until I paid them up front.

When I first called Tru Green about taking care of our yard, I was surprised that they did NOT want to come out and see it before giving us a price. They said they could see the size of the yard from Google Earth maps. Well, half of our yard is a very steep hill with ivy on it. I asked if they would have something to get rid of the ivy, and I was told YES. Well, it's now September and the yard still looks terrible. The service Tech has NEVER ONCE been on the north side of the property dealing with the ivy on the hill. There is crab grass and bermuda grass everywhere! No one would ever believe that fertilizer has been used on this yard at all, nor weed killer! They do come out, and place lots of signs on the door knob and in the grass, but ultimately the 'litmus test' is how the lawn looks and it's awful.

Everything has been great. We are still currently using them.

We've been using TruGreen for several years and our lawn looks much better than most of our neighbors. Many neighbors have switched over or started service with TruGreen based on the appearance of my lawn. That should be testimony enough. They do a good job and will come back and redo a treatment if necessary.

This was a very negative experience. I do not have a contract with Trugreen. Instead, they came to my house without informing me, because the previous owner had a contract with them. I bought my house 8 months ago and have never heard from TruGreen. Despite my son's nanny being in the house, they did not knock or announce themselves. They proceeded to spray my lawn and garden with pesticides, thereby ruining and destroying my wife's organic garden. My son can't play on his lawn because the lawn is covered with pesticides. Again, there was no notice and no announcement. I have called TruGreen three times in order to discuss this situation and find an appropriate remedy, but I have yet to receive a call back.

We tried to contact them for almost a month and they kept telling us that they were coming. Never came! They asked for second chances so many times but yesterday we called them and cancelled. Then they told us we were schedule for that day, we cancelled anyway.

I prepaid 3 weeks in advance and had to call them a second time to remind them no one had come out to do the work. They finally showed but kept sending bills. I would call, telling them I paid 3 weeks before they did the work because of the 10% discount for prepaying. They would promise to correct their records, then I'd get another bill! After 3 months and numerous phone calls, they finally stopped billing me. They need a serious overhaul of their accounting system.

I have a yearly plan with them and they come out to fertilize the same. They took care of my lawn when I had a mud lawn and now I have a grass lawn. I would recommend them to others.

They have a contract with us and they come out every 60 days. They are good and they do a fine job. My lawn is green so they must be doing something right. I think they are a little expensive. I have been using them for a couple of years.

I called for lawn aeration. The company never showed up to perform the lawn aeration. I rescheduled three times and on each occassion, the company never showed up to perform the service, even when it was paid in advance. In the end I just cancelled.

This was a disaster of an experience, and claims in TrueGreen Sports' website notwithstanding, the Company lacks fundamental professionalism one would expect from a firm that specializes in "luxury" installations. Some examples: 1. The installation was delayed by nearly three months. 2. The installation was done unprofessionally. The installers destroyed not only our lawn in parts, but also our neighbors' lawn. Ultimately, TrueGreen Sports declined to cover the costs we incurred to repair our lawn and our neighbors' lawn. 3. The court was installed improperly and needed to be redone. The court had an 11.5 inch incline because TrueGreen Sports failed to level the ground before installing. 4. The nets were installed improperly. The one behind the court was improperly installed, and was off-centered, left a large gap between the fence behind it and the ground, and had 6 inch bolts protruding out toward the court at eye-level, which posed a significant safety hazard. 5. The yard was not relandscaped around the court, and instead the installer simply left it unfinished, with rock and rubble surrounding the court. Overall, the experience was miserable, particularly given the overpriced nature of the job. Given the amount of money you are likely to spend with TrueGreen Sports, before considering them, I strongly recommend you contact me and I'll provide you with documentation (including video) demonstrating the poor quality of the installation.

The workers from Trugreen are good. I have been very happy with them. They come when they promise. Their work is great and it has worked so far. Their prices are okay. I can't complain about them.

I like them for their service. They are very aggressive to try and sell other services. Their fertilizing is very good. They come and go on their own schedule. The few times I have talked to them they have been very good.

Right now, I'm afraid I don't know if I'm totally happy with the service yet, because it seems like I ended up having more weeds after they came out. I will however fulfill my yearly service contract with them, but I do hope the results improve if I'm going to sign up for another year.

I have been very satisfied with this service and I intend on continuing it. I feel that their workers are always professional, courteous, on time and friendly when they are at my house. I would definitely recommend them to other people looking for a reliable pest care service.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD TELL ANYONE WHO ASKED ME ABOUT CHEMLAWN THAT THEY ARE OK. I DON'T HAVE MUCH OF AN OPINION ON THE COMPANY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE WITHIN THE AGREED TIMBE FRAME.

OVERALL, I WAS NOT HAPPY. THEY DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEIR PRICES WERE ALRIGHT. HOWEVER, I WOULD HAVE PAID MORE TO HAVE THE JOB DONE CORRECTLY. THEY ALWAYS CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND WERE VERY POLITE.

I HAVE SEEN LITTLE IMPROVEMENT IN THE LAWN SINCE THEY STARTED IN SPRING. THEY SPEND A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO UP SELL ON VARIOUS OTHER SERVICES THAT I DON'T FEEL I NEED.

I ENJOY HAVING MY LAWN LOOK HEALTHY. THE SERVICE IS VERY CONVENIENT WITH MY SCHEDULE. I PLAN TO CONTINUE USING A LAWN TREATMENT SERVICE FOR MY YARD. I AM PLEASED.

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT ABLE TO DO YARD WORK AND IT IS NICE TO HAVE OUR YARD IN GOOD SHAPE TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR OUR CHILDREN TO CARE FOR. I AM PLEASED WITH THE YARD'S APPEARANCE.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, AS WELL AS REFER THEM. THE PRICING WAS FAIR, IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT SERVICES YOU RECEIVE.

THEY HAVE BEEN OUR LAWN CARE PROVIDER FOR QUITE SOME TIME NOW. THEY OFFER US EXTENDED DISCOUNTS BECAUSE OF THIS FACT. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

TOOK CARE OF ALL OF THE SERVICES, TRIM SHRUBS, MOW LAWN, SNOW REMOVAL, PAINTING MAINTENANCE, ALL OF THE SERVICES THAT NEED TO BE DONE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE
