Found Azzam online when we needed a structural engineer to inspect our property due to concerns from a PG County Inspector. Azzam provided a quick response to my initial request, provided the needed documentation, and was able to schedule us promptly. During the visit, he demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism by going over the why's and how's of what we needed. Turnaround time was reasonable and his response to my follow-up questions was both thorough and easy to understand. I plan to continue using Azzam for future projects and would recommend reaching out if a licensed engineer is needed

Had a great experience with Triple J Consulting. I have a small residential project, just looking to remove a wall in an old house - wanted to assess if there would be any structural issues in doing so. Azzam was quick to respond, provide a quote and a schedule a time to come by. He did a thorough inspection and even took a look at some other items while he was there! He followed up with a detailed report and guidance on how to remove the wall and what to look for to make sure it was safe to proceed. After we started demo, I was a little concerned since the beams were laid out different than predicted - I emailed Azzam pictures as he offered to come out next day to see in person. I appreciate his dedication to making sure I had the info needed to move forward confidently with the project. He is also very reasonably priced considering level of service - I was invoiced after the work was complete, no deposit was required.
