Description of Work: Rebuilt bathroom in a condo. They did good work on the design. What they agreed to do to the damaged ceiling below was not exactly as understood, but it was done very well once an understanding was reached. Quality and professional work.

Description of Work: The Tile Center designed & guided my choices; removed the tile & backing off the walls & pulled up the floor of my bathroom; relocated the shower head, installed all of the tile & flooring (heated), installed hand held shower head, glass shower doors, lavatory, sink, vanity, lights, fan, medicine cabinet, mirror, towel & paper bars, & grab bars & painted the un-tiled walls & ceiling. Arranged for the permit & inspections. Everything works & it's beautiful! They did a fantastic job, fine, fine crafstmanship, on time, no surprises. They called the day before to tell me who & when would be there the next day. All of them were pleasant & willing to explain details to me. A pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: The Tile Center offered a design special for $99 through Angie's and we used it. Zia Rabbani was the designer and he made many valuable suggestions and provided guidance to us that changed the design that we had initially come into the store with. His help was invaluable. He oversaw the construction and responded quickly to problems that cropped up. We gutted the kitchen and much custom work was necessary and Michael, the crew foreman, was able to complete the job cleanly and professionally. I especially liked the quality of the wood floors-- the wood was milled properly and installed without gaps even though it was an exotic.

Description of Work: The job was superb from start to finish. They moved a wall and made kitchen larger. Installed new cabinets and granite counter tops. New ceramic tile with heating floor. They had different crew to do different task. Everyone was very polite and pleasant. They completed all the work in 5 weeks. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at my kitchen. They were prompt, professional. I told them what I wanted and a month or two later, they provided a black and white design of my kitchen. It was VERY BASIC. I mean I could have done that myself. So don't feel that I got what I wanted for $100. I was disappointed in the end design. It was not much of a change in what I currently have.

Description of Work: Tile Center renovated my kitchen. They did all the work except the painting and provided all the materials except the appliances. The kitchen had not been updated in 30 years and I am very pleased with the result. My only caution is that the project has taken far longer than I expected (there were a variety of contributing causes including bad weather that delayed delivery of some items, one work order change on my part and some unexpected preexisting issues that we had not considered). They were very conscientious about cleaning up each day and very careful working around breakables. Given their overall professionalism and responsiveness, however, I was a little disappointed in how long the little finishing items took to complete. On the other hand, I had decided on a floor (black and white 12x12 vinyl tiles) that proved nearly impossible to find (black and white apparently is not "in" these days and I did not want either real or faux stone or wood)and they continued to search diligently until they found a company that manufactured these tiles. I would recommend them for future work or to others but with a caution in terms of staying on top of how thingswere getting done

Description of Work: It was for a design for my bath. It was so simplistic that the one I did myself was better. Also, the vendor argued with me about what I asked for and what I planned to do. I don't need arguments, I need information. Listen to what your customer says. Had they been more interested in my opinion, I might have been more likely to follow through with them.

After we complained, both the sales associate and the store manager responded very quickly, professionally, and courteously. From that point on, both followed up on our purchase to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The delivery was timely and the delivery service person exceptionally prompt, polite and helpful. The price was very reasonable. I would most definitely do business with this company again based on the supurb follow up by the manager, sales associate and delivery person.

We actually wandered in by accident while waiting for an appointment at another company, but Tile Center had a great selection and the salesman (Mr. Tirani) was extremely helpful. We ended up signing the contract with Tile Center, and they did the work very well. The crews were very competent and even did a couple of things that weren't on the contract to make the job look good. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the work Tile Center did.
Description of Work: Tile Center replaced the floors, counters and back splash in our kitchen. Involved removing old vinyl floor and laminate counter, installing tile floor and tile back splash. Some plumbing was involved in installing a sink and garbage disposal. They subcontracted the counter work to Counter Intelligence.
