SWAT AV Rick and his crew at SWAT AV (Alex, Heidi, Bear and Robbie) are absolutely terrific. I had the Swat AV team install an 8 zone Sonos home distributed audio system with in-ceiling Episode speakers, which also included hanging 3 LG 65” flatscreen televisions, Sonos Soundbars with subwoofers and surround speakers (which double as in-ceiling audio speakers), and a new eero home Wi-Fi mesh system The job was completed quickly, including patching and painting walls, at a reasonable price. Rick took the time to understand what we were looking for, our listening habits and lifestyle, and working with gear we already had if we chose to do so – no hard upsell – even though we ultimately decided to upgrade to an all Sonos, Episode and eero system. I got several quotes, but what impressed me about Rick and the SWAT AV team was their responsiveness, thoroughly answering questions and making great product recommendations. I love the Sonos system and the fact that Apple Music and Sirius XM – our families two music/news streaming sites – were native to the Sonos platform. I also wanted a system with an easy user interface that my family could control right from their phones, which the Sonos system does with ease. The crew was punctual, polite, worked diligently and left the place spotless after each visit. They are a local family-owned business that has been around for 20 years and are easy to reach if there are any issues. We are looking forward to using SWAT AV again for some Lutron automated lighting and a home theater project.
