Description of Work: Stang was used to connect and instant hot and soap dispenser unit. While the final connection must be made by an electrician, they filled the unit to make sure that there were no leaks. They were on time and very efficient.

Description of Work: I needed to replace a leaking water line to refrigerator. He could not get the copper line to go through the floor and a return visit will be set up in hopes that a thicker plastic line will work.

Description of Work: They replaced a 75 gallon, natural gas, direct vent, side loop, hot water heater. They were careful and very competent. Dawn, the Office Manager, clearly explained the Montgomery County inspection that needed to be scheduled and had the WSSC inspection forms ready.

Description of Work: Talked to Rob the night before, when I had a problem with my toilet. He stayed on the phone with me to go through troubleshooting and he was very patient. The very next day, he was able to fit me in during an already booked day for him. Was professional, friendly, courteous, and checked everything thoroughly to ensure the best possible working order. He did a great job. I highly recommend Stang Plumbing.

Description of Work: They special ordered a part. When I called to schedule service, they never called back. I called them back and they could not find my order. They are also very expensive. They do do good work. They just need to be in line price wise with their competition and get someone in the office who has an idea of what is going on.

Description of Work: I called in the middle of a plumbing crisis, which had caused a lot of water damage. Servpro had arrived to clean up the mess, but told me I needed someone to come quickly to remove a toilet and replace a faulty shut-off valve. The scheduler was understanding and got someone out within a couple hours. The plumber was punctual, professional, efficient, and a very nice person. Stang saved the day for me!

Description of Work: I've used Stang Plumbing on 2 or 3 different occasions. They last fixed a leak under the sink by the garbage disposal and replaced a faucet and unclogged a toilet.

Description of Work: Due to the cold weather we had a pipe burst in the basement and closed the main, hence no water in the house. Because of similar problems around the area we had to call over a dozen providers. Stang, put us on a wait list and they called to let us know of an opening and came right out and did the repair in less than an hour. We had water again.

Description of Work: We had some unique plumbing issues and they were all resolved in a timely and professional way. Great experience.

Description of Work: They analyzed the problem and determined the best option that would fix that problem. They had the tools and parts, necessary to complete the job, on the truck and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. They also wore shoe coverings to help keep the house clean.
