Description of Work: During the ridiculously cold weather we had this winter, I had a water pipe burst in a downstairs power room which was located on an outside wall. I immediately called Stang plumbing to come rescue me. And, even though it was a Saturday evening during a snow storm, they arrived at my home within an hour and a half. They were able to remedy the crisis in an amazingly short period of time.

Stang came to my house within a few hours, and because it was a weekday and they had a plumber available, they did not charge emergency fees. The work was done efficiently and effectively. Description of Work: A frozen pipe burst flooding the kitchen. Stang would have come at 11pm, within the hour, but I turned of house water. Dave found the split pipe behind wallboard in less than an hour. Dave also recommended drywall repair person, and suggested adding a louvre to the repair to make sure the area never got that cold again.

Description of Work: Replace a water value and complete tubing up to the insta hot.

Description of Work: They completed the hook-up of a lavatory drain (needing an extension) and connected the hot and cold water pipes. He was very careful to make sure there were no leaks at all connections. He discovered a leak coming from the faucet and coached me on how I could prevent that (with the right washer). He made sure I was on track to have a leak-free lavatory.

Description of Work: We have used them for approximately 8 1/2 years. Their most recent visit was to remove a broken Insinkerator on our kitchen sink and install the new one we purchased. They also installed a clean filter on our well apparatus in the basement. They have always been very responsive to our needs and have always met our expectations.

Description of Work: They recommended to replace the water heater due to the age. Although it is a old unit (2008), it is still working. I will see if malfuntioning is frequent, I will replace the unit.

Description of Work: We had one toilet that didn't flush and one that had to be jiggled in order to work. He fixed them for us.
