Excellent, they performed excellent work and did it efficiently.

We got very unlucky and had a very unprofessional and negligent employee do the work in our house. Work was done improperly which required multiple return visits. One visit unfortunately caused unnecessary damage which we were then responsible for paying to repair. I would not recommend them.

Since I had already purchased the deal they should have honored it. They can stop accepting new customers in my area if they choose, but I had already paid for a deal and now it was money wasted since they would not provide services. This is unprofessional.

It went great. Despite the fact that a snow storm was on its way and it was in the emergency hours timeframe, Jay came out tonight and got the new shutoff valve on with no problem. He was super professional and helpful and we're very grateful for his emergency help.

Basement drain backed up on a Sunday and any time we used water it backed up more. Price seemed high, but we had to pay for emergency service on a Sunday, so that created extras. Service was great. He did a great job and worked efficiently. He had to snake the drain.

The shower valve replacement was easy and quick. The drain cleaning pushed the bathroom sinks clog down line and clogged the bathtub, which he then cleared. He found a couple of other minor (for him) things, which he also quickly fixed for the original price. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated but they were able to problem solve and get the job done. They were extremely kind and helpful and we would absolutely use them again in the future.

Problem fixed, they were very patient with explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Would definitely work with them again.

He was punctual and really diligent is trying to solve the problem.

They were great. They were really knowledgeable. They knew what they were doing. They actually ran into an issue with the plumbing that no one knew about. They were able to address it pretty fast. It could of been a big issue.

The service person did very thorough inspection to locate the source of the leak in the house and the crawl space. It was determined that the leak is no related the plumbing. Great job.

They called us back immediately, and having us shut off the water and open faucets to drain the pipes. Since this stopped the leaks, they were able to replace the pipes the first thing the next morning.

This is the second time we used their service. The cost of the repairs was quite high for the work that was done. I had an Angie's list coupon for $15 which they did not honor since my husband forgot to give it to him before he left. I called within an hour of the service call to have them apply it and they would not honor it. For such a simple and reasonable request, I was surprised by the response. I won't use them again.

Did an excellent job. The plumber (Dwayne) was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. A part needed to be ordered from the manufacturer and they kept me informed throughout the process. Will definitely have them back - thank you Dwayne!!

They sent two separate plumbers to come out first to snake the line and when the situation happened a second time they sent somebody out with a camera. The person who has the Masters plumbing license then said he would have to come out before they could start the job. It took three months to get an estimate and even then it was not an estimate it was a contract to sign with the amount of $5000 on it. They wanted to tear into concrete floors and I'm not even sure how confident they were that the problem was under the concrete. I could never get a hold of someone in the company who is responsive besides the person who was running the front desk just to repeatedly apologize and said that they were very busy. Then I had a second company come over to look at the same issue and they could not understand how this plumbing company came up with the diagnosis they did. If you're looking for a company to timely take care of an issue in your home I would highly suggest going elsewhere. I even scheduled a day for them to come out and fix the issue even though I was hesitant, and they never showed or called. They charged me both times to come out to our house to snake the line with no clog and to run a camera? No mention of that money ever getting recouped.

They did a better job than the original installer.

Stang did everything as described in the proposal, and did their best to not impact the yard. It actually went better than expected because they were able to avoid breaking up a sidewalk. They left the area cleaned and back to as before, as much as possible. It was an expensive undertaking, but they charged a fair price for the labor involved and hours worked.

That was good. They were pretty quick. Pricing was reasonable. I think they were prompt. They came in right away. They identified if there was an issue. I'd give them A for everything. The guy who came in was really nice and did a great job.
