Work seems to be OK. Will see in a few years how it looks with corrosion at the copper pipe sodering points.

It went very well. The disposal had been replaced and they returned to fix a problem. They did not charge me and were very efficient. The disposal is in great shape (cross my fingers!!)

The part was $17. 2 plumbers here for 45 minutes. Labor cost is $189./hr minimum. Will not use them again

The Plumber arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. The leak was slightly complicated. He ended up replacing the trap under my kitchen sink. The total service took less than an hour and resolved the issue. I was pleased with the service.

I like Stang. They are dependable and courteous. I have used them several times and have gotten quality repairs. They have provided good advice and tried to minimize the bill when possible. I will use them again.

They do a good job. They come when they say they are going to come, but I wouldn't say that they are perfect.

The Stang plumber was prompt, polite, and professional. He snaked the drain and was careful to check that it drained properly with large amounts of water. Most importantly, he thoroughly cleaned-up the messy black goo that came out of the drain. Thanks for a great job!

It took multiple trips to find the leak and fix. I was charged for the sealant used but it was not left behind. In the end they did find the leak and it was repaired.

They did a pretty good job. They replaced a disposal.

The Stang Plumbers came the same day I called to fix my water heater. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable about my water heater system. Once they determined what part was broken, they provided me all the information I needed to order the part directly from the manufacturer (which turned out to be under warranty). They then came back and promptly installed the replacement item when it came in. I also had them snake too drains that we clogged and draining slowly. They changed me a very reasonable fee and cleaned up their work area when they were done. I had previously had a home policy with one of the largest plumbers in the area (they drive blue trucks) and they charged me ridiculously high prices for what seemed to be basic work. When I worked with Stang plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable prices they charged. I have since cancelled my home policy with the other, larger plumbing company

all went well. THe provider came on time and promptly took care of the issue. the only thing I would have liked to have more information on before I bought the deal is that the provider charges a minimum.

We contacted Stang Plumbing in January when we found out we needed our bathtub replaced. They came and did an estimate and were very nice. Promised to send a quote within a few weeks. We put off the quote because we were looking for a faucet we wanted. Once we found what we wanted we called and told them which faucet to use and asked for a quote. We were not in a hurry at the time. They never sent a quote. In April we called again and asked for the quote. Was not sent. In June we decided we needed to get moving on our project. We called and asked for a quote. They apologized and said they would get right on it. We never heard from them again. We had to look elsewhere. They were very pleasant people, but without a quote it is hard to hire them.

Stang Plumbers were very responsive and prompt. We called them at 5:30 pm and the plumber was here by 8:15 the next morning. He kept the kitchen area clean and worked very hard to solve our problems. He was at our house for 2.5 hours. I will definitely be using this company again.

Had another plumber out a few days before, they said they fixed but was clogged again the next day. Stang correctly diagnosed the problem and made the needed fix, we have had no problems since they fixed. They also recommended a new toilet since minerals had build up resulting in poor pressure, thereby increasing chances of clogging.

Got a quote over the phone, and the final price did not deviate. Seemed expensive but was unable to compare to others, as they were the only one of 5 or 6 contacted who could do the job right away. Their communications both on the phone and in person were courteous and helpful. They arrived on time, and were very professional.

Look, I did not use the service.

Extremely well. They got to us extremely quickly despite the fact that is was an after hours call, cleared up the issue in about 45 minutes. Update: Not sure why the rankings were F's they should have been all A's

Everything was great in dealing with these folks. I got five estimates and theirs was close to the cheapest but their service was also the best. It has been easy to get hold of them and their contact Dawne has done a good job of explaining all the installation steps and and requirements to me. They did a great job installing the new water heater for exactly the price quoted. We plan on using them for more work soon.

I called them about a leak in a hot water faucet, informing them with photos of the faucet and that the faucet required a ceramic disc for its replacement. They sent me an email stating that a repair person would be there and that they were aware of ceramic discs. On 4/28/2015, Bob arrived (a nice guy) but he had no ceramic disc with him that fitted the faucet but in a book of such discs he was sure that he had identified a replacement for the faucet's disc. I estimate that the time spent to remove the ceramic disc amounted to less than 15 minutes but the search of his book to identify a replacement disc took more than that time. When I first called, Stang cited that the cost of coming to my house would be $139.00 for the first hour given that I had bought a coupon valued at $40. But no repairs had been done and the leak still existed after Bob left so I called Stang and talked to Jon, the owner or manager. and learned from him that the replacement ceramic disc would cost $84 each. They replace both ceramic discs (hot and cold) when one needs replacing, an understandable situation. Altogether, for time spent to replace the discs and for the discs themselves, Stang charged me $214.53 for their return on 5/8/2015. So the total to Stang to repair a leaking faucet and one not leaking, both of which on their second trip to my house cost me a total of $353.53. The total time spent to replace the discs, my estimate is: less than 30 minutes. Since I informed Stang when I first called them that the faucets required ceramic discs and when Stang's man came without discs for the faucets, then a reasonable charge ought to have been $139 plus the cost of the discs for the job. I should not have been charged for any time spent by Bob when he came with the proper discs, one of which did indeed fix the leaking faucet. Bob left one of the replaced discs with me and when I later called Stang for the other replaced disc, Jon told me they had thrown it in the trash. Odd!!

I was charged $1500 and Stang didnt even find the main problem. They fixed one valve in a shower but didnt find the ultimate problem. They used the offer o get in the house then overcharged me.

We have used Stang six times in the last six months due to repeated and new leaks in the kitchen sink piping, a burst hot water heater, a pin hole leak in the laundry room, a broken toilet, and then the blockage to the septic tank. they are always on time, professional and do the job well.

I was notified when the plumber was on his way and he arrived in a timely manner. He was very friendly and professional and immediately set to fix my clogged sink. Additionally, before he left, he rerouted something connected to my dishwasher so that, when in use, my dishwasher would no longer leak onto my countertops. I would definitely use Stang Plumbing again!

They did a great job! It took about 2 1/4 hrs. The work was well-done with no problems and initial soldering job held tight with no leaking after water turned back on. Cost reflects a $20 discount certificate.
