Description of Work: I paid for a Big Deal, but never heard from the provider. Angie's List also gave no help, although I contacted them for support 4 times. My bigger disappointment is with Angie's List as they clearly did not inform the provider how to respond to their customers.

Description of Work: The oven in my gas stove quit working. I called at ~ 1PM. The technician (Ben) arrived at 2:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad igniter. He had a replacement in his truck and fixed the problem in ~ 15 minutes. He was courteous, professional, and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
