Description of Work: The service provider cleaned a three level townhouse. When the work was completed the home looked great and smelled fresh. The cleaning crew arrived on time, they worked in a very efficient manner and were pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: They were the cheapest I could find for a deep cleaning, but you get what you pay for. Blinds were left up, vacuuming was done but rugs did not look much cleaner. In the end, it was a decent job and saved me time.

Description of Work: The team cleaned all surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen, washed all hard floors, cleaned the door surfaces, cleaned the baseboards thru out the apartment, dusted everything, including the blinds, vacuumed all carpeted areas, and changed the bed linens. I was very pleased, and I have them clean our apartment every other week. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: They cleaned my two bedroom, one bath home. I was very impressed with their cleaning; especially the kitchen and bathroom. I would recommend them!

Description of Work: All went well! Arrived one hour late. 2 ladies and a man who spoke English very well. The two ladies spoke Spanish. All three worked very hard. He took me on a tour of all things clean, and I could tell some of what he said stretched the truth. (Example: the tub was washed twice) however the tub was clean, not twice washed clean). They finished up and were gone in two hours. I had a clean condo.

Description of Work: I purchased the $299 deal and decided to continue services even after my 3 scheduled cleanings are completed. They did a great job communicating and cleaning. I am extremely happy with their services.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List deal for six hours of cleaning for $300. Four women came to clean so that meant they spent about 1.5 hours cleaning. They arrived right on time and were very efficient in getting my home clean. They were all very polite and did a good job. They got a lot more done than I could have done myself in six hours. It was money well spent.

Description of Work: There was a minor communication breakdown between myself and the owner, but in the end it was a good experience. I do recommend though that they make clear on their website or on Angie's List what they either a) need customers to provide for cleaning supplies, if required, or b) what they provide for the additional fee to include their cleaning supplies.

Description of Work: Didn't go well. Problems communicating with provider. Once they realized they couldn't perform service they stopped answering calls and only responded by text.

Description of Work: They cleaned my apartment prior to me moving out. They did a thoroughly good job, so much so that I got my security deposit back in full:-)
