Description of Work: This was an AL Big Deal. They did a great job at my house. The only minor hiccup was that office gave me one arrival timeframe while the team had an earlier one, which meant that I wasn't quite ready for them when they arrived. BUT - of much more importance is that the team was energetic, cheerful, skilled, and very much concerned with providing an awesome cleaning. They are very reasonably priced, and even though I am on a limited budget, I will quite possibly use them again in the future. Based on my experience with this company, I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They were on time, polite, and appreciate being able to communicate with the head cleaner. Will try them again and report.

Description of Work: Deep clean total home including 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Moved furniture, vacuumed upholstery, shined furniture, dusted blinds and ceiling fans, washed baseboards, and wood floors. They arrived on time, and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Dust, Vacuum, Wash Kitchen and Bathroom floors, clean 3 bathrooms. It was fine. The supervisor came with two others. He explained that the $99 that I paid was actually what they normally charge for a small apartment cleaning. They did complete the work, however, and did not charge any more for the services.

Description of Work: Lauro (business owner) came to clean & supervise. They did a terrific job (3 people 1-1/3 hrs), I just hope the level of effort and attention to detail continues when he's not with them. I've hired them to come in every other week.

Description of Work: The first cleaning was fast and furious. They came in and rushed the cleaning to get completed within the 1 hour allotted. They missed several things which were pointed out and left several things out of place. |They are quite friendly and easy to deal with. They want to sign you up on a re-occurring schedule. Their pricing is somewhat high for the overall service you receive. They are close though. If they slow down and fix these very small things, they would be in the fantastic range and well worth the money.

Description of Work: basic cleaning of one bedroom, one bath. Will not repeat. First of all they advertise that they use "eco- friendly" products but they did not. They also used up all my paper towels, and took my box of softener sheets as well, dont know why they would even have to use it for my cleaning in the first place. One lady was coughing the whole time, and she was cleaning the kitchen! Needless to say, re-did the kitchen cleaning as it did not leave us feeling healthier, which defeated the purpose of having the place "professionally" cleaned.

Description of Work: Two people came to clean the house. First, I had difficulty communicating with them because I don't speak Spanish and their English was shaky. They were in a hurry and only did the basics except I asked to have the basement floor wet-moped and that was done. Two doors upstairs were closed and instead of asking the rooms weren't cleaned. | |It was a disappointment.

Description of Work: They were punctual and very nice. They went through the house in two hours and did 4 hours worth since they had more staff. I wrote to the owner stating that they left a few minutes early which was fine but they didn't allow time to for me to go through the house and then fix anything I wanted to be cleaned more or if they missed something. Using other companies, I know that this is a must. | |The owner responded to me saying that his staff was actually there much earlier to prep for the cleaning, which is fine, but he tried to say that he gave me an extra hour free for that. The deal I bought did not indicate they would need that additional time to prep and feel that any company should do that so it is easier to clean, access, etc. But don't tell me you gave me an hour for free when it has nothing to do with actual work the staff performed. | |I am not going to use them again for the response I received from him. Pretty sure once he see's this review, he will respond again. It was just the manner in what he wrote back, not the actions of his staff. They cleaned well and all but I was just taken back by his response.

Description of Work: I started with Skymaids when I purchased a Big Deal, 6 hours of cleaning. After a few missed connections, they arrived and did a very thorough job. I decided to hire them to clean on a regular basis. I have seen several spots on the floors that have not been mopped, but overall the house is cleaned, organized, and smells great.

Description of Work: I purchased the initial cleanings as a trial and kept them on afterward (they have cleaned twice since the original promotion cleanings). We have a very large house so they were unable to clean the entire house at one time with the promotion I purchased but followed up the second time they came and cleaned the remainder. This was fine early on but now with the new agreement in place (and understandably increased price), they still are leaving rooms/floors uncleaned without confirming with me. This is the biggest issue I have had with this company...although what they do clean is good quality, and they are very nice, communication has been a problem and I don't receive responses for scheduling services or for general inquiries until several days later. They also haven't shown up at the time scheduled which wouldn't be a problem if they had a key, but I haven't provided one to them as of yet until I know that they will be our regular cleaning company. As a result, I either have to wait for them (about a half an hour) or need to leave the front door unlocked. If you create a regular schedule with them and provide a key, they are probably very easy to work with but establishing the parameters of what must be cleaned and getting into a routine has been a significant challenge given the poor communication. Still unsure as to whether we are going to continue with them or not.
