Description of Work: Promotional price of $99 was OK. However, next time they would charge $125 if used twice a week. My current cleaning crew comes once a month for $100 and does a better job. They do not rush all over like Sky Maids did. |But, overall, Sky Maids are not bad; I just have a better option.

Description of Work: Scheduling the service was an issue as the company would not contact me. Angie's List had to contact the company for me in order to get any response from them. Terrible. Told them all along that the home was empty. When they get there, the owner tries to extort more money from me to do the job. I refused and he promptly hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Now I am worried they will damage my property in retaliation. If you use this company for any service, buyer beware.

Sky Maids is on the market for fourteen years and whom several awards as the best of the region. This year we whom a Super Service award. We have96 % customer approval with a class A service, so, our name and our reputation answers for us. This client has tried to have a construction cleaning per the price of a DEAL. his house was a " war zone", with a lot of debris and painting dust after construction situation. Sky Maids owner has called him and explained that as CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE ANGIE'S LIST WEBSITE PAGE WHERE HE BOUGHT THE DEAL , none of our packages cover move in, move out or construction cleaning, which have a totally different price. Trying to still serve this client we have proposed that he use the deal as a credit and pay the difference, so we could do his job, and additionally he told to the client, if he doesn't agree to pay the difference he could ask for refund and buy a construction cleaning package. This person has turned crazy and threatened Sky Maids owner saying that if we don't do his job by the price he hAS PAID HE WOULD DO A VERY BAD REVIEW for Sky Maids. As we don't accept this kind of threatening as it looks more like Terrorism, we haven't done his job and was not a surprise when we saw this review here.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning my house. Be aware, though, that they said the rate for 3 hours of cleaning was geared towards an apartment-sized space, so they did not finish my whole house. What they did do, was cleaned very thoroughly. I liked them so much that they are now cleaning my house regularly.

Description of Work: They were fairly prompt and all three ladies worked non-stop to clean my 2,000 square foot home within 4 hours. They cleaned blinds, fans, windows as well as floors, surfaces and the like. They were very pleasant and attentive. The price was right because it was a special discount.
