Description of Work: We've been using Sky Maids for a few months now and we are pleased with their work. They are very friendly and professional and I've felt comfortable leaving them in our apartment alone while I wait for them to finish.

Description of Work: They did a very good job cleaning the kitchen. We also had our bathrooms and tile foyer floor cleaned -- whatever was used on the tile in the various rooms left a lot of smears. Otherwise, a good job.

Description of Work: We were unable to get connected with them. Left several messages and went back and forth about the time and date they were to provide the service. Did not hear from them until we contacted Angies List and your customer service intervened. When they got there they did an "okay" job but it was a lot to go through not being able to get in touch. I certainly dont want to hurt their business or give a bad review (this not a bad review) Just honest. . I could have just been one of those "off times" but we had a really hard time getting them to respond to email thru your web site or to phone calls that we initiated. Again it was only when we contacted your customer service (which was stellar) that they called us.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment that needed to be cleaned prior to my move out. They even cleaned the fridge and inside the kitchen cabinets without me having to ask. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: This was a special offer of 4 hours of cleaning service for $99. The wood floors had been newly refinished and the house was empty of furniture in preparation for staging before a sale Open House. Two young women arrived close to the agreed time. I instructed them to focus only on the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. When they left, the stainless steel fridge shone and the oven was wiped out, but cupboard doors still had food drippings and the freezer had dried blood in the meat compartment.

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean the house for up to 8 hours. Unfortunately, we were late to get home, and they left when noone answered the door on the day of the appointment. They returned within 45 minutes after calling them. Appointment was for 8:00, they returned at 8:45, and left at 10:30 (with 4 people on duty). I understand not receiving full service for being late, however they didn't clean 80% of what they claim they would!!!! | |The entire great room (living room - largest portion of the house) was NOT TOUCHED; Windows and sills not dusted in any room; Kitchen eat-in area not touched; windows not cleaned; master bath shower partially cleaned; master bedroom not vacuumed, ...OK, ENOUGH SAID... | |THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY! NEVER AGAIN.
