Good. Skymaids usually do a good job. They are on time and efficient.

I've been using SkyMaids for over a year now. They are professional and very punctual. The quality of the cleaning is superb. They are very flexible with scheduling. If I need to make a schedule change (with plenty of notice), they are very accommodating.

For the past two years, we have been very happy with Skymaids. They do great work, and even on the rare occasion that something gets missed or overlooked - the crew more than makes up for it on the next visit. Also, they are fast and efficient. Once the crew is "assigned" to your house - you really don't have to worry about micromanaging them.

Very good at communication, following through on my needs at the home, and completing a thorough clean throughout each time. Had an issue when we first started over a year ago, but addressed and corrected immediately. Great performance ever since. Flexible to the customer's needs every time. And.... they are very patient and nice to my dog who is often there to say hello when they arrive. Would recommend Skymaids to everyone.

Over all experience has been great so far. Will see if the consistency of quality work remains.

Cleaning job was poor, especially the bathroom and shower floors. They came 30 minutes earlier than scheduled (so it took me time to organize and provide them the supplies they wanted) but they left 30 minutes earlier (even though they did not begin the actual work until half an hour later).

They did a wonderful job. My guests were impressed by how spotless my home is.

I was looking to hire a new service that works on Saturdays. My first time visit cost 199.00 for 6 man hours (3 women for 2 hours) They arrived at 12:20 p.m. and were done by 1:35 p.m. When they said they were done, I told them that I had paid for 2 hours of labor. They found a few other things to do and left at 2:00 p.m. (still short of my 2 hours). I was called to give feed back and I told the gentlemen this and he said he was going to talk to the manager about this issue. That was two weeks ago. As far as the cleaning goes, they did a pretty good job. They didn't follow instructions very well--but i don't know if that was a language issue. I told them they didn't need to clean the stove top (my husband always takes care of that) and I told them they did not need to clean the office--when I went upstairs one of the women was in my office. There was a lot of cell phone use--which if they were not on a first time assignment, it would not be as much of an issue. I viewed it as if you were to answer your phone during an interview. I made it clear to the person that sent them out that I was looking to hire a company on a permanent basis. It's a shame that all they had to do was refund me 20 minutes. If they won't work with a customer on something so basic--how would they handle if something is broken, etc. I guess they didn't want my $3,614 a year!

All went very well. Three women arrived to clean and organize garage. They removed and cleaned everything from shelves and garage. Washed garage floors, cleaned shelves and doors and replaced and organized items. It took a while to arrange an appointment but once it was scheduled, everything went very well.

Once the ladies arrived, they listened to instructions very well.

Crew showed up on time (maybe a little early). I explained that I wanted their efforts concentrated on the kitchen and baths. Everything had pretty much been poorly cleaned by tenants, except the fridge (although it was emptied). I said if there was time left, they could clean the window areas and inside glass. Crew chief seemed to understand what I wanted. I went about doing some repairs and other cleaning while they worked. They had one cleaner work the kitchen, by herself. The crew chief worked the baths, and the other, younger lady went off to do random cleaning, including the windows (which had been on the bottom of my list of priorities). I asked the chief whether they had all the cleaning products they needed to remove stains from tubs and shower pans, and soap scum from shower walls. She claimed they were good. After she was done with the first bath I noticed the tub was still severely discolored. She may have said she used bleach, so I showed her my can of Bar Keepers Friend and proceeded to remove the stains, showing her how to create a paste to remove the color. I don't think she had a good soap scum remover either, because I had to redo most of the walls as well. The kitchen wasn't done with any better technique, as there was grease on the cabinets, drawers and shelves when she was done. She also completely skipped cleaning the freezer in the fridge and used some abrasive pad to clean the front of the dishwasher, leaving circular scratches all over the smooth surface. Most of this was discovered after they left. Speaking of which, they tried to bolt earlier than the 2 hours they were signed for, but I reminded them of the time they arrived. The bonus is that the window areas were fairly clean, but I never should have even mentioned those as a side project, as my priority areas were never finished. Been waiting nearly 4 months for my reimbursement check for the dishwasher damage, hoping I'd get that before I wrote the review. No dice so far. Certainly won't be hiring or recommending this company for future projects. Very disappointed in quality of service and more so the lack of response from Leonardo, the owner (?). Glad other folks had better luck, but I'm looking elsewhere next time.

They were professional and showed up wearing uniforms. I would use them again if I wasn't able to get my preferred housecleaning service.

Three ladies cleaned and worked together well. One of them supervised. All were focused on their own areas and took no breaks. I was very happy with cleanliness of the kitchen appliances, the carpeting and flooring. Dusted everything from the top down before vacuuming. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I purchased this deal as a gift for my friend. She was very pleased with the crew and the job performed.

We were told 2 workers for 2 hours or one worker for 4 hours at price of $199. We scheduled the appointment and somehow we got the time wrong because the day before they were to come, we got an email with a later time. So that was a drag because it was the middle of the afternoon instead of AM. Good thing we did get the email or we would be wondering where they are. 2 workers came within the window time frame and after showing what needs to be done went to work right away. One lady went upstairs while the other lady was downstairs. I was embarrassed that the house has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time. They brought their own equipment and most of the supplies. We did have to supply them with 2 rolls of paper towel. I guess I don't mind that. We were very happy with the quality of their work. They were very pleasant, professional and the English was pretty good and most importantly nothing got broken unlike the last company we used. The only problems we encountered was that I found out we were charged the $199 twice on different days on our credit card just like another reviewer. I quickly called the company at 9AM and spoke with a gentlemen and was told that he would have someone call me right away. By lunch time I still have not heard from anyone so I called back. Another gentleman answered and said surprised that no one has called me and promised that someone will call me right away. No one called by late afternoon so I called them again for the 3rd time since I wanted to hear from someone before the office closed for the weekend. The woman who answered happens to be Leticia and she told me that the duplicate charge would be processed and refunded on Monday. I told her that I was very happy with the workers and they did a very good job but was not too happy with being charged twice. Leticia apologized and said that we should definitely see the refund next week. The refund was processed and thus I am writing this review. Otherwise, this would have been a different review. I probably may use them again only because the workers did a very good job but they definitely need to work on their communication skills. I think the price is a bit high at $50 per person per hour.

Two people showed up to do the job, they didn't even complete three hours worth of cleaning. The cleaning job was not done properly, we had redo the floors and the corners of the bathroom were dirty as well. The people cleaning didn't seem very responsive with communication at all.

I have used them five or six times, now. I love these people, they are great. I use them frequently and am really pleased with their service. This particular time they sent a different team than normally comes here and they didn't quite do the same job as I am used to. I don't know what they used in my walk-in shower, but there was scum and soap residue left all over it. I actually had to go back in and do it myself. However, generally speaking, they are some of the best housekeepers I have ever had and I have had a lot over the years. I would use them again anytime. I think it was just that the team was different and not as familiar. There were only two of them; generally three of them come and they go through this place like a hurricane. They just do a superb job. The people who had been coming for, maybe, five times now, know what my hot buttons are and they generally address them and address them well. They are very thorough, prompt, courteous, professional and with the Angie's deal of $99 I think they are very reasonable.

This was a big deal purchase. The experience was not a good one. I think we ended up paying $600 in addition to the deal. They said the deal was up to a certain number of windows so we expected to pay more because we knew we had a lot of windows, but not quite that much. They ended up not doing a very good job. I got the sense either it was the first time they had ever done windows. They did not have the right equipment and only brought a team to do the inside at first, not the outside. I had to schedule that separately which was a bit of a hassle. They did a poor job of both and I had to call them back twice to come back and redo it. Even in the first visit the gentleman who came to give me the quote for the additional work was trying to upsell me to get me to change my housecleaning service, so it seemed like this was kind of a hook for that. I tried them out and they did a poor job at that as well so I asked them to lose my number and don't call it any more. They did try to make it right and they kept coming back until I was happy, so I think that counts for quite a lot. They charged me so much and did not do a very good job. The person who was higher up came back and did the work himself. The higher ups were very professional. The teams that came to do the cleaning came without some basic equipment, like paper towels, so they had to use my paper towels. I had to give them my ladders and they did not have ladders to reach certain outdoor lights.

Excellent work. Would recommend in the future.

Very well. Missed a few corners but overall very good.

I spent two days getting the double car garage ready for their services. Two women arrived on time and did not speak English at all. There was no way to communicate. However, the women were pleasant. Nothing was cleaned as needed. They billed me again for $175. So I was billed twice. I called Angie's List and they nicely refunded my credit card. I would never use them again.

It went really well. They performed the task very well.

They did a great job and were very easy to work with.
