Description of Work: These three lovely ladies transformed our garage from a dirty, over-stuffed and completely filled garage space into a streamlined area which now appears twice the size because all the contents are compactly arranged. the floor is now immaculate. I have never had a garage that looks this good! Also, they were able to accomplish this in an hour, which is amazing.

Description of Work: Everything was simply ok. I don't expect a maid service to blow me away but it was just not a very good job. They did what you would expect from a typical cleaner but not one I would need to call again.

Description of Work: Sky Maids were very courteous and pleasant to deal with. The one time deal I got to try them out was a bargain, $159 for 8 person hours of cleaning. I hesitated to do a rating based on my experience because I thought it might have been a one time fluke. On the scheduled day, I waited for them for 2 or 3 hours. The supervisor did call a couple of times to say there was a problem and they would be delayed. Eventually, she called again to say they needed to reschedule and could come the following Monday. On Monday, they did show up and the entire crew worked hard cleaning my house. They did a good job, although there were a few things that they needed more training on. They offered a continuing contract to clean every two weeks for $160 each time. That was more than other companies have offered and more than I am willing to pay for regular service. I decided not to have them come back.

Description of Work: It was extremely hard to coordinate the dates of service. Paid for either three 4 hour sessions or four three hour cleaning sessions. They never discussed how many hours were used. The cleaning staff did an okay job, could have been better if they actually spent the agreed hours cleaning.

Description of Work: They were nice ladies and promptly got to work. However, they only lightly cleaned my home. The shower walls were lightly cleaned. They didn't mop the bathroom floors behind the toilets and didn't use a mop for cleaning the floors. Instead they essentially used a swifer type tool with a damp towel. Not my idea of cleaning the floor.

Description of Work: I failed to monitor my account and missed a message from Sky Maids scheduling my service. I realized my error more than a week after the date for which they tried to schedule my service and contacted them to rechedule my service, which they graciously did. They were on time, explained what they'd be doing, did it, and left slightly more than an hour later, leaving a very clean and organized garage in their wake. I was extremely impressed and pleased with their work.

Description of Work: a crew of 3 showed up on time. They had no clue as to what to do. I explained what I wanted done. They did not have the proper equipment such as ladders, brushes, detergent etc. luckily I had all these items. They cleaned the garage of cobwebs but had no clue as to organizing the mess. They put every thing back where they found it. If you are looking for a good cleaning they can be used if you are looking to organize your clutter they don't have a clue

Description of Work: The service was excellent. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They did an amazing job and I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: The first time, they asked me to provide a roll of paper towel and a trash bag. I was surprised as I have had several cleaning services over several years, and all of them came with all supplies they would need. Overall, they did a reasonably good job. They left a certificate good for cleaning every other week, $129 each time, for six months and I decided to do this. I have been away since this started so I can't comment except to say that there have been a few scheduling problems. Last week, for example, a day and time was set with my husband. Sky Maids did not show up but called later and and said if was the following day that was scheduled.
