Description of Work: I felt they were trying to hard to give a "sample" of what they could offer and not really going all out and doing a great job. I was not impressed.

Description of Work: 2 hours of cleaning with two attendants completed cleaning of 41/2 baths. No other area in the house was touched . I misunderstood the "Deal" I thought I bought 4 hours of cleaning.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for the cleaning service. 3 cleaners came, which was great but they were slow and cleaned items we told them not to clean, since they didn't need cleaning. One person sprayed Windex on walls with flat paint even though we asked them not to touch the walls. They cleaned the bathrooms and did an ok job. Their service was ok overall but they needed supervision to keep things moving along. That's the problem with time-based services. I told them the house was empty at least twice. When they showed up, they asked for paper towels. I figured they would have brought their own supplies since I made it clear the house was empty.

Description of Work: Clean. I left while they were cleaning to stay out of there way - and told them I'd be back by a certain time to check in - hopefully leave them a tip and see how things looked. They left before I got home - they had my cell and they could have called - which I found a bit odd. They were okay - I think I have used them before - I think they were in a hurry. Adequate job.

Description of Work: I oversaw cleaning and gross organizing of two rooms filled with papers; books; assorted containers of paper records; framed art; bedding; etc., etc., etc. |In general it went well; the two rooms had been unusable for two years; but I was also looking for a different level of organizing that could help me shred; file. etc.as the two rooms were also used as part office, resource room, in addition to a guest bedroom and sitting area; but a marked improvement with rooms that a guest can now sleep and sit in; I realized that I hadn't emphasized the office use of the rooms enough when discussing what I needed organized and it did seem like they were more on the cleaning side spectrum rather than what I think of as professional organizing expertise; they didn't ask about availability of storage boxes, etc. When I checked that I would use them again, it would only be for cleaning

Description of Work: They sent three women who arrived early and did an excellent job. I have since hired them to clean my house two more times, though for a higher price, and I intend to keep hiring them.

Description of Work: House cleaning. Went ok but they seemed to be rushing because it was the end of the day and I believe they were done before the 5 hours were used and I have s big house so I felt they just wanted to get done as fast as possible.
