Description of Work: Sky maids were the most thorough organization to clean my home. In about 2 hours they cleaned two and a half bathrooms, four bedrooms, kitchen and vacuumed and swept and mopped. Couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: I paid for 4 hours of housecleaning for a 2BD/2BA, and was told that 2 people would be coming. 3 people ended up coming, which reduced the overall time, but they did an amazing job. They even cleaned the inside of the fridge and oven for no extra charge. They had to do deep cleaning and were very thorough. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They took my credit card and never showed up. I waited and waited until I finally reached them - then they said "there was a problem and they could not come until 3 hours after the appointment. Even gave me a hard time with getting a refund. They seem like a real fraud.

Description of Work: There is a conflict in the number of hours that is advertised. So if you order 4 hours but they send 3 people then they reduce it to one hour. Is not as advertised. I had to ask the cleaners to go back and do some things over so they weren't as thorough but they were professionally mannerable.

Description of Work: I'm really happy with the work and everyone I have spoken to is completely professional. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Description of Work: Cleaned my house which is large. I have to say that the "cleaning" was what I call a "lick and a promise" my house smelled clean and if you didn't look closely it looked okay. They cleaned my kitchen in under 15 minutes ( 1 person) so that gives you an idea. I cleaned my kitchen ( nothing in the refrig) and it took 2. 5 hours. Don't know if they were here more time if the cleaning would have been better i.e. Not.

I really appreciate the thoroughness of the Sky Maid's work. As far as I am concerned, They are the gold standard in the cleaning field.

Description of Work: Cleaned 3 living levels to include 4 bdrms, 3 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, library, kitchen, breakfast area, family room, basement family area. Excellent job, very pleasant, will hire again!

Description of Work: We bought a deal through Angie's List for three cleanings. We had to postpone using it due to some renovations at our house and they were very understanding about it. Once we did get them in, they did an excellent job, very thorough. We'll be using them again.

Description of Work: Money was paid to you. I scheduled an appointment and they never showed. I called, they said they would get back to me the next day. 2 days later I still have not heard from them. Hermes was my contact. Tried to sell me more service and underplayed what I purchased. 4 HR service was really 2 hrs (2 people). And service good for apt, condo or small townhouse. I was told I needed to spend more to have it cleaned.

Description of Work: Things went well enough that I am having them come back on a monthly basis. The initial visit wasn't great but I called and customer service was awesome. They sent out another crew on a mutually agreed upon date and that crew was great. So great that they are coming back monthly. They were on time, efficient and cleaned well.
