Description of Work: After several disappointing attempts, they stacked everything against the walls, mopped the floor( no special cleaners), and it looked no better than before they came! Plus they wet boxes that were there; so it took days. to dry out! |Terrible communications-no English. A most frustrating experience!!

Description of Work: Ordered the $200 window deal. I have a large house. After the work was done I was charged 700. extra charge was for having large windows, screens and a lot of windows. I was busy so I didn't stay on top of the job. I feel like it should have been made clear to me that the price was going to more than triple before the work was done. Who knows. Maybe I am partially to blame for not being there while the work was done and asking more questions. Windows were really dirty and they are clean now. there was a scheduling issue as well. In summary, be really clear the date you are getting the work done and how much it is going to cost before you give them your credit card.

Description of Work: Used a deal from Angie's list to have my windows cleaned. The team arrived before the scheduled time and promptly went to work. The owner also stopped by to see how things were going. I liked the work so well we are now using them for regular house cleaning services.

Description of Work: Scheduling was absolutely awful. I called repeatedly, left voicemails, and emailed (for each time below). Ultimately, the only way to schedule was to call until someone answered. Once scheduled, they didn't show up even though I took off work to be home. I called and they told me they couldn't come out due to weather, but it was bright, sunny, and not that cold (40s-50s). They agreed to come at a later time so that I wouldn't have to miss as much work, only to come back and say they can't come later. Even so, they came way earlier than scheduled (4 hours earlier, but luckily my wife was home early) and only did the interior windows. I had to call AGAIN to find out I had to schedule exterior separately. Again, I received a phone call at 10am for service scheduled at 3pm asking why nobody was home. When I told them they'd have to come back at the scheduled time, they told me they will not wait and I'll have to reschedule. At this point, I called Angie's List and was able to get a refund and a cheaper deal for the same service from Mel's Power Washing that turned out to be a very positive experience.

Description of Work: Sky Maids did four person-hours of "deep cleaning" on short notice. The price was right. The quality was pretty good - probably would have been better if I had gone for more hours.

Description of Work: A gentleman showed up at the beginning of the cleaning who was very nice. He quoted what our house would cost to clean in a normal cleaning. He left and the team of three who got to work. We were very clear that we did not buy a full house cleaning, but we were given an opportunity up front to share the areas that we hoped to focus. | |One of the things that we were hoping to have done was basic dusting. Midway through the clean, my wife reminded the cleaner that we were hoping that they were going to be able to dust. | |Shortly after the time was supposed to end, a different individual showed up at my house to pick up the team. He was very angry with us because it took him longer to get to my house that he had planned. He was rude to my wife and was not kind to the cleaners whom he was trying to rush out of the house. | |After they left, my wife looked at the specific surfaces that she asked to have dusted, and they had not been touched. | |We called a different cleaner after this, and they cleaned our whole house for not much more than the Big Deal. | |

Description of Work: They cleaned large windows inside and out. The price was good (a promotional price), and they did good work. Everyone was professional.

Description of Work: Only a fair job. Used their own cleaners although asked to use ours, scratched some of the finishes and left residue as well. |They were nice and pleasant but I would not use them again.

Description of Work: The first time they came I had misunderstood the intent of the deal and thought they would pick up and dump a pile of trash that I had put in a central location, and then clean the garage. However, they do not pick up trash but only clean the garage. We worked it out so that they could come back after someone else had dealt with the trash. They did a good job, but things did not get put back in the same places that they had moved them from, and I had to remind them to clean the inside of the garage doors. It was a good job, but I think $175 is too high.
